Alin Gabor was a great delivery driver. He was quick and his customer service was top notch

Service is great while they want to take your money and keep taking it, but they have left their toilet on my driveway for 3 weeks since I off-hired it and offer no apology when you call and speak to a human who will only read scripts. In the current UK temperatures I have a stinking box at the entrance to my home with flies showing ever greater interest. They were quick enough to charge the collection fee, in advance, at the time of hire, but that just gives them zero incentive to collect toilet, so it's all at their convenience, presumably when they have a vehicle close by to minimise their overheads, despite charging a 'fuel surcharge'. There must be cheaper, better alternatives which I will find next time.

Used Euroloo for a few years now at our yearly event.
However this year Euroloo LOST US OUR EVENT for the future!!!
They delivered on time, agreed to pick up loos within 7 days... 3 WEEKS LATER they managed to pick them up!
Contacting sales is easy, support next to impossible.
When I eventually got through to support, via sales, as it way the only way I could do it, they blamed staffing problems!
Sorry but that is not my issue...
You promised to pick up in 7 days & you didn't!
You promised a manager would ring me & you didn't!
Such a POOR SHOW FROM EUROLOO!!!

Alin Gabor was very professional, punctual, and extremely helpful when delivering the portable toilet. He was friendly, polite, and made the delivery process very smooth. He is a great asset to the service, and his professionalism was greatly appreciated.

Worst company I have ever used! no call backs, rude staff! no servicing each week as per there website, toilet flush lasted four days for four people using and then startec to flush urine! They are the same poor or lack of service each time I used them, never again!!!

Have been good until now.

Latest experience of a 4 week hire (during heatwave) 1 service after week one. Then nothing, no empty, no clean or refresh. Then, it took another 2 weeks to empty and collect. That's 5 weeks with emptying. When I spoke to customer services, I was told the weekly service is a complimentary bonus and not a core service to expect.

Worst company to deal with. I’ve hired this for our construction company, since June no one came to clean or service it. Despite numerous phone calls, false promises are made.

It’s disgusting as we are paying for the service but they are delivering for what they are promising.

Whole site smells bad, even neighbours are complaining now still no one has come to clean or the collect it .

It has cause me so much stress, I shouldn’t have to keep on chasing the company for the service I’ve paid.

Please avoid using this company.

The loo was delivered as promised the day before the party, and the driver managed to position it exactly where it was needed. It was very adequate, and served its purpose well. The loo was collected some time the week after. Great service, highly
recommend this company.

Hi, I would like to leave a review,
Had been promised Wednesday Thursday, Friday and Saturday every day I telephoned euro loos the guys were coming to service my Loos. I spoke with abi king on Saturday morning and explain my plight and frustration. I run a small Camping site where we have young children present it was Paramount we needed to clean our Loos as they are not builders Loos they are general public. Abby was absolutely fantastic from start to finish she spoke to the transport team. She had a difficult task. They did not have me down for servicing at all which I think is very very poor abi called me back and we had a guy that came out at 2 o’clock on Saturday happy days. Abi should be praised by her management team for first class. Customer Service. I was not just fobbed off or forgot about Abi understood that I was in a desperate situation and she succeeded in making it happen. Thank you very very much in future. I will ask to speak to Abi at Chelmsford, thank you Abi 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A Loo, is a Loo, is a Loo but Euroloo delivered on the day requested, the delivery guy was professional and ensured positioning of Loo was correct before unloading.
All checks were made re stability, Loo paper & Sanitiser and consequently - once Text received about collection date - said Loo was collected, exactly when advised. What more can I say!

Alim did a great job, very polite and helpful.

Alin was amazing, gave us what options to do and helped us to put the toilet over the fence where we needed

I am extremely disappointed that I have had to leave another review.

Despite my previous formal complaint and Euroloo's assurance that the issue had been resolved, nothing has changed. I have been chasing the company every week because the portable toilet continues to miss its scheduled services.

Once again, today's service was missed, and I have now been told it will probably not take place until Friday, 7 August 2026. This is unacceptable for a service that has been paid for.

This ongoing situation has caused me significant stress and frustration. I should not have to spend my time repeatedly chasing a company to provide a service that I am paying for.

My complaints have not been properly addressed. I was promised a call from Ben in the Transport Department, but he never contacted me.

Repeated missed services, poor communication and broken promises demonstrate a serious lack of professionalism. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company if they are looking for a reliable service.
