Entire process was smooth and delivery happened with great care

The experience with the moving agent Ms.Shanthi was smooth and good. She was so prompt in answering my queries and was always reachable. Customs was handled with proper care and attention. Overall it was smooth. During delivery at destination, the allied company in the delivery destination did not do a proper coordination. It was a bit messy at the end due to that. Other than that, the experience was good.

Timely delivery of goods received in good condition. Excellent customer support. Helpful and courteous delivery staff. Highly satisfied with their service.
