I normally book everything myself but was not happy booking Africa, we would not hesitate to book through go to Africa again. We did have a hick-up transferring through Arusha airport with no tickets or direction, missing our flight & two of our accommodation were lovely but did not live up on their food or beverage offer.

Amazing trip to the Serengeti
I booked my recent Tanzanian safari through them and they were exceptionally helpful planning and booking transportation, accommodation and transfers. The lodges and hotels they booked in Arusha, at the Crater and in the Serengeti were fantastic. The guides were excellent. The only thing that could have been better is the communication between management and my Serengeti guide in relation to the itinerary, which caused some confusion in relation to the balloon trip in the Serengeti. I would have also appreciated a âwarningâ that the balloon trip required a 3 am start as it takes about two hours to get from the lodge to the launching place. Otherwise everything was great and I would definitely recommend them.
