All I can say. This was the fastest and easiest way I was able to get a loan on my car title.
Austin at the office was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me understand everything and I’m happy I went into the Aurora office. I had my funds the next day. Thank you.

Painful. Endless process for high rate loan. Local office has little or no ability other than to echo the comments from the home office. Don't waste your time with this finance option.

Follow up promised was useless. No reason to pay this kind of rate and be treated poorly.

LaPorcha was very helpful in letting me know what to do up front before coming into the office so that my visit would not be long.

Heights Finance in Aurora has done it again! I’m happy to say that the staff is very pleasant to work with and they treat you with the utmost respect. Last year I had the pleasure to work with Pashun who made sure I had crossed all the T’s and dotted all the I’s on my contract and got me in and out in a timely manner. This year, I was contacted by their newest member, Nico, who informed me that I was qualified for additional funds if I wanted. This was very good news considering the holidays are coming up. I didn’t even have to ask for the additional funds-she contacted me! Nico (yes, that is the correct spelling of her name 😊) was just as efficient at assuring that process was accurately and completely processed in a timely manner. So if you DON’T want to get treated with respect then go somewhere else BUT if you DO want to feel like your in the company of friends who put your wishes first then go over to Heights Finance in Aurora and pay the wonderful staff a visit-they’ll take good care of you!

Pashun with Heights Finance is the best! She is kind, professional, very knowledgeable and was able to help me with my financial need in a quick, effective time manner.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at Heights Aurora! From the initial call I made the personnel was pleasant and very willing to be a help! I am hard of hearing and usually people become irritated by my repeating our conversation! The person who was helping me did a marvelous job and was well versed on what and how she was to perform! I certainly will recommend others to this business!
