The Representative, Michael was knowledgeable, friendly and yet, professional.

Ashley was a pleasure to work with. She made getting a loan a good experience with her customer service.

Have a lawyer on standby if you borrow from Heights and keep every document you can. After paying back my loan they attempted to sue for the full original balance and interest. Thank God I found a decent lawyer and kept copies of all my financial documents otherwise I would have payed my loan twice

Casey should be commended for the wonderful job she does. She made me comfortable when I came to apply for another loan. The rest of the staff had terrific you’re very nice and I will continue doing business there.

I have used Heights Finances services for a couple years now and Jennie has made it so easy for me to obtaint he loan amount I needed and it was super fast and she was very friendly and always left smiling.

Have always had a good experience with this office, and even more so lately. Ashley and Kacey have been terrific to work with. They are always friendly, professional and very welcoming. They truly take a sincere interest in whatever financial situation you are in, and work hard to come up with a loan package that meets your needs. They always explain the process and terms very thoroughly, and their website is very nice, and easy to navigate, for monitoring your account, and for making payments. I highly recommend this Heights Finance branch, and will continue to utilize their services in the future, no doubt!

Wonderful Local Loan Company That Actually Helps! Each time I have spoken to Jenny or Ashley they have been incredibly helpful. Even with my poor credit, they were able to assist me in getting a loan and even pay off a nasty Payday Loan I had taken out previously that would have taken me forever to pay off.
