Lake Charles associate Brittany is RUDE!!!
Every time I call to make a payment in Lake Charles the associate Brittany or at least that what she told me. She is very RUDE!!!! We as customers should not be talked to as she handles me every time. Regardless if a customer is "Delinquent" like she said frequently!!! She spoke to me as if I didn't matter. I just wanted to pay my bill and the late fees and get on to my day. I will pay you out and will never return and surely will not refer anyone else.

This company has very Poor Customer Service …
This company has very Poor customer service and they do not communicate with you at all. The manager Brittany Kirt gave me the runaround for over a month on a simple transaction and would not have the courtesy to give me a call to give me any updates. I was left in limbo for the entire time . I would warn everyone to stay away from this company and do business with any other loan companies.

Very Satisfied Customer
Walked in to the branch yesterday and explained to Brittany and Raygon what I needed and the same day they called me and gave me more than what I asked for… the next day I went back to signed paperwork and left with my check. A smooth and easy process. They were nice and polite and I enjoyed their company. We talked about everything as we went through the loan process. Awesome customer service

It Will Be Taken Care Of
Brittany showed me so much care and understanding. She was able to help me figure out a way to take care of my payments so it wouldn’t get so bad. She was patient with me and made the difference while I was figuring out everything.
