Hola Car Rentals レビュー 

I rented a car through Hola in Seattle, I was unfortunate to hit a large pothole, which destroyed the side wall of the tyre and damaged the rim. The vehicle had to be towed, and a replacement vehicle was provided.
The car rental company charged me for the towing even though roadside assistance was included, however when I took my case to Hola they organized a refund of all the charges.

Absolutely fantastic customer support regarding my rental. Especially as I had to change cars for my pending trip. Spoke to a lovely lady called Sofia, what a star, amazing to see there are still Ana ing helpful people out there! From start to finish and continued support, fantastic service. Looking forward to our holiday more so knowing we have peace of mind, 5 star service!

The search was very easy and there were many options to choose from. Price wise was definitely better than any other car rental sites I’ve been on. Check out was not complicated at all and to have everything included in the price and in plain writing puts you to the top of the list.

Très mauvaise expérience au comptoir de Hertz à l'aéroport de Chicago où nous avions réservé une voiture par l'intermédiaire de Hola Car Rentals.
Les assurances proposées par Hola Car ne sont pas les mêmes que celle présentées au comptoir donc même si vous prenez la meilleure, la plus chère, chez Hola Car, vous n'en êtes qu'à la basique de chez Hertz. Le conducteur additionnel, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué partout, n'est absolument pas inclus. Donc au final, effectivement Hola Car est bien moins cher que les autres parce qu'il n'y a rien d'inclus... Et ce n'est pas faute d'avoir pris un grand nombre d'options proposées.
La solution que me propose l'aide WhatsApp d'Hola Car est d'écrire au service client à mon retour ce qui n'arrangera rien pendant mon voyage puisque qu'il nous manquait des sous pour souscrire à ce que nous souhaitions. D'autre part, si vous n'avez qu'une carte bleue de type européen, la caution est bien plus chère que les 200$ affichés. C'est tout simplement 500$. Certes si tout va bien ils sont rendus à la fin. En attendant il faut les sortir. Je serais vous, je louerai mon véhicule de façon classique direct chez un loueur plutôt que par Hola Car. Merci pour ce voyage qui ne commence pas dans les meilleures.

Solamente he hecho la reserva, el coche lo recogeré en un par de semanas.
Pero me han ayudado mucho resolviendo todas mis dudas para hacer la reserva con tranquilidad. Sofia ha sido muy paciente y amable conmigo.

Ho prenotato un noleggio utilizzando il sito Hola da Chicago a Los Angeles per una spesa di USD 1195.88 circa. Al momento di recarmi al banco Hertz mi veniva comunicato che l’importo da pagare era di USD 2908,44. Ritornato in Italia e dopo numerosissime mail sia la Hola che la Herz mi hanno rimborsato l’importo di USD 1680,42. Inoltre la Hola mi ha immediatamente rimborsato l’importo di USD 965.88: pertanto alla fine ho pagato quello che mi aveva preventivato la Hola. Nonostante mi sia stato restituito la somma pagata in eccedenza, ritengo che la Hola non si sia comportata correttamente con il cliente. Sono stato circa due ore al banco Hertz senza parlare in modo fluido l’inglese, in un Paese straniero, con la mia famiglia e cercando di far valere le mie ragioni in una lingua che non mi era famigliare: in questo la Hola non è stata corretta pur evidenziando, ripeto, il fatto che mi è stato restituito l’importo che ho pagato in eccedenza. Il turista non è un soggetto da prendere in giro specialmente in un Paese straniero.

Easy booking experience.

Last time I booked CDW was not included even though it said fully insured, when
I went to pick it up the CDW was more then the hire price!
Tried again today 34/07/26 this time "Third Party Ins" was not included £605 extra. Never again. Can't get in touch unless you use "Whatsapp"

The website was so easy to use and the extras included without extra cost made the deal great!
