Inderdaad oplichting, reageren nergens op
bij klachten of retouren , jammer want de kleding is leuk en voor een goede prijs,
Maar bestel geen maat te groot of er zit een fout in kleding, jammer dan , je hangt er aan vast . En heel vreemd, ze zitten op diverse platforms van trustpilot

Het bestellen en leveren gaat prima. De artikelen waren alleen niet mijn pasmaat dus wilde ik retourneren en geld terug. Alles netjes binnen een week geretourneerd zoals door icon gevraagd. Ben nu bijna 1,5 maand verder en nog steeds geen geld terug. Continu aan het lijntje worden gehouden via de mail en maar blijven vragen of ik geen andere artikel wil, hier wordt je wel echt doodmoe van.

They never sent me the pants that I order and the tracking number they provided was for a completely different package idk how that is possible but it was for something that mom order which was food. I had email them with pictures of the package. The box weight 8lb and the shipping on the box was for 26$ when I only order 2 pants and the shipping the I pay them was 10$!?! I email them no reply, message them on Facebook no reply, so now hopefully my credit card can dispute it.

The item ordered took WEEKS to arrive. It did not fit all too well following guidance from ICON regarding sizing as the sizing guidance on the website is useless. Back and forth emails regarding an exchange also took additional weeks. They said the item I wanted as part of the exchange wasn't available when the website clearly said it was. All the above took it way above the 14-day return period (it actually took weeks). I did mention as part of my emails that due to them taking so long to deliver and responding to my emails, the 14-day period should not be applied, yet they still didn't allow for a refund.

When it comes to returns, this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. You have to sort the entire thing out yourself which ends up costing a lot. They do not make it easy for you at all! A company of this calibre really should offer return labels, even if it costs the customer a little. For convenience sake if nothing else.

On top of this, they send so many marketing emails a day - they double up on the same email. Do they not realise this is annoying and not ordinary?

Please sort out your customer services, communication, sizing guidance and marketing comms! Won't be ordering again.

Lijkt op oplichting, geen reactie op retouren. Iets besteld waarbij vervolgens werd verteld dat er geen voorraad was ondanks dat dit wel op de website stond. Vervolgens kon ik wel een ander artikel kiezen wat ik heb gedaan. Daarna 3 weken geen reactie meer en niks wordt verstuurd.

C'est parce que je suis obligé de mettre une étoile sinon ça serait 0.
Site à fuir leurs vêtements sont vraiment mal taillés. Le Sav est déplorable envoie du colis depuis la France vers la Belgique 25,50 € de frais alors que les frais sont censés être à leur charge quand le délai des 14 jours de rétractation est respecté. Ça fait plus de 10 jours que mon colis est envoyé et ils me baladent en disant qu'ils n'ont toujours rien reçu et seulement quand ils le recevront, ils veulent me rembourser sous coupon d'achat chose qui est interdite ! J'ai beau leur expliqué que je déteste leur vêtements mais ils ne comprennent rien !

Op 6 dec heb ik een broek besteld bij icon. Bij aankomst bleek het te klein te zijn en mijn ervaring als iets te klein is moet je hem omruilen.dat gedaan kreeg ik als retouradres een adres in België terwijl op de site amsterdam stond.
Ik verstuurd maar tot nu toe geen ontvangst hun weten zelfs niks van de retour terwijl ik het heb aangemeld.

Ik ga zeker hiervan een klacht indienen bij de commissie.

Bestel nooit meer hier dramatisch dit !!!!

Bestelling geplaatst en toen op de reviews gestuit. Helaas begint daar de ellende: mails worden niet gelezen of beantwoord. Ondanks ontbinden koop is het pakket toch verstuurd ruim na ontbinding. Daarna op geen enkele wijze contact meer te krijgen.
Inmiddels bezig met juridische stappen.

Site à fuir pas commercial du tout je vous explique pourquoi, j ai acheté 2 pantalon de la même référence à des dates différentes et quand ils sont arrivés le premier était bien slim tandis que le second etait plus large au niveau de la taille et pas du tout slim au niveau des jambes et après réclamation il n.ont rien voulu savoir.
Pour info les mêmes pantalon sont en vente chez Aliexpress et beaucoup moins chers

Verschrikkelijke service. Meerdere malen verzendkosten betalen en als je retour wil sturen moet het naar België wat weer extra geld kost. Na bijna 2 weken krijg ik ineens het pakket weer terug omdat het geweigerd zou zijn. Vervolgens contact opgenomen met een duidelijke uitleg, waarna ik een mail terug krijg die er op duid dat mijn mail niet is gelezen. Vervolgens geen contact te krijgen. Absoluut geen aanrader.

In eerste instantie erg blij met de ontvangen kleding, de truien zijn leuk. Echter, een paar items retourneren en toen begon de ellende. Icon heeft geen normale retour procedure, je dient een verzoek in via de website en daar regeren ze dan pas een paar dagen later op met een o.a. een aanbod voor korting of een waardebon. Ze doen er letterlijk alles aan om te zorgen dat je geen geld terugbetaald krijgt. Retour adres in België, dus extra geld kwijt voor de retour zending. Meerdere keren gemaild om naar de status van mijn retour te vragen, om vervolgens na 1,5 week bericht te krijgen dat mijn retour niet zou zijn aangekomen. Gelukkig met track-and-trace verzonden waar uit blijkt dat dit wel zo is. Ik blijf erachter aan gaan tot ik mijn geld terug heb, maar jeetje wat een vreselijke service.

Het voelt als oplichterij. Zelden zoiets meegemaakt met een webwinkel, ronduit schandalig hoe ze hiermee omgaan. Zonde want de kleding is leuk, maar ik zou afraden hier ooit iets te bestellen.

I should have read the reviews B4 I ordered. They offered a 2 for 1 on the TECH trousers, I ordered and the website only me allowed to purchase one. I contacted them immediately after purchase to advise and was told a few days later they were unable to provide me with the promotion offer since it had already passed. I wrote back, advised I purchased the products in good faith, my bank was debited so why not own up to this. Today, they have the unmediated gall to offer me a $10 voucher as compensation. This is not acceptable and I’ll be escalating this to the Better Business Bureau.

AVOID this company ! Ordered 11 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived to the courier! I needed the order for an event - so disappointing

Such a poor set up. Ordered over 3 weeks ago and my package still hasn’t been sent. Trying to contact their support team daily at this stage and not hearing anything back. Avoid

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered 2 items on 16th of November and still not arrived yet. Tried to contact them on numbers of occasions and they replay once. I requested refund as they did NOT deliver and they absolutely ignore my emails. The worst company you can order from. I wish I checked the reviews prior my order...

Can't recommend at all. First they don't cancel my order in time and still ship it, then I ask me to send it back on my costs and afterwards the customer service simply ignores your messages. Please buy anywhere else but here!!!

Clothing is decent quality, but the customer service and overall shopping experience is one of the worst that I have ever come across.

Tracking was provided immediately after payment before it was even shipped, then told it was actually shipped 4 days later. The customer service team couldn't even find my order after supplying them with all the information necessary and then ghosted me. Then when it eventually arrived like weeks after with no response to any of my previous customer service emails, they decided to reply saying can you please confirm you received your items in a good condition 2 days after it had been delivered.

Also the cheek to charge £5 delivery, and it comes labelled as Royal Mail 48, it's like dealing with Temu but actually thats a bit harsh or Temu.

they lie I ordered two pairs of men's pants I only received one in emails they themselves get lost in the truth! I do not recommend them very much! I want a refund!
