Had an exceptional experience at Investment Watches. I came to Austin from Waco alongside my family who was visiting me from out of town. Officer Thomas the in-house security was friendly and professional, welcoming us in with open arms and introducing us to our salesman, Tan. Tan provided such great service to myself and was very graceful and friendly to some rowdy 70 year old tourists. They gave me a strong offer for my Submariner Hulk and gave just as sweet of a deal towards my new Daytona. Thanks to Investment Watches, and Tan especially!

Fantastic experience
I worked with Tan. I found the watch I was looking for on their website but I needed to also trade in a watch as well. The team made the best offer and made the transaction. So easy in fact I decided to go directly to their retail outlet in Austin to see it in person. From Tan to the rest of the team they made my time there comfortable and easy. They have definitely earned a customer for life.

Very smooth Rolex purchasing experience
We had an excellent experience with Investment Watches purchasing a Rolex recently. Our sales representative Tan was very knowledgeable and responsive and made the entire process easy and fun. Great price and service

I ended up completing a trade for an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak and couldn't be happier with the outcome. The valuation on my trade was fair, and the price on the AP was extremely reasonable. If you’re looking for high-end timepieces and top-tier service, ask for Tan. Highly recommended!
