Thomas Francis attended to me from the first day I contacted the letting agency with a warm and kind approach. He is very professional and guided me through with so much honesty, highly recommended.

Miss Aleemah Aziz is the best. She respond fast, knowledgable and always helping. I would love to give 5 stars just for her but sadly she’s not the only one I made contact with from this company.
But overall the experience with John Sheperd is great.

Excellent property management services. Detailed, fair, relaible and effective. Most recently Reemi who acted professionally in the best and fair interests of both myself as landlord and the tenants during the check out process.

Tina Margetts is always very friendly, professional and prompt in her responses.

Tina has been helpful and supportive throughout the entirety of my rental journey over the span of many years .

3 issues yet again that are taking this company weeks to resolve. One of them being i was shocked by a plug socket in the property which has made me quite concerned in terms of safety, its been 3 weeks now and no one has come to check the electrics just to put my mind at ease. They even said they didn't know who to send to check the issue which is appalling to hear from property management. The company is more bothered about 5 star reviews on Google and trust pilot than to actually sort out issues, they've already had to refund me nearly 1500 for leaving me without heating for a year. If I could afford to move id be out of here property but I cannot.

Joshua Davies manages my apartment ant 2 Hagley Road and honestly, l couldn’t ask for a better property management agent. I found him to be extremely polite, kind, professional and efficient in handling matters relating to my apartment and all that requires doing.
Replies to any of my emails and queries in the quickest possible time, a trail fast disappearing in this day and age. Must thankful to Joshua for letting me trust again that things actually can get done efficiently and to point so thank you again Joshua. 🙏🏼

I own a flat which is being managed by John Shepherd. I am pretty happy with
the way they handle if anything goes wrong in the flat. Alisha is very competent in arranging things as per my request.

Melissa has been providing great service and quick responses to queries. Always willing to help in resolving issues as they arise.

Have recently had a new tenant move into my rental property. Mandi made the whole process easy and problem free. If I had any questions, and. she wasn't able to answer the phone, I would always get a call back quickly. How many times have you been promised a call back and it never happened. Not with Mandi. Professional and friendly service all round.
