The tyres were easy to order. They were cost effective. Booking the fitting was easy. The tyre fitters were friendly, informative, helpful, and efficient.

Friendly efficient staff. Guided me by phone to find the centre as sat nav not accurate. Car attended to as per appointment time. Buying tires & making appointment online all very easy

Had 4 new tyres fitted by just tyres recently. Good price and no issues!

Easy website to use, with clear pricing and tyre ratings for wet,dry road conditions and noise ratings. Best prices locally. Very polite people working at Just Tyres and the work was completed ontime. Very pleased with the service and will use Just Tyres from now onwards.

Booked 2 tyres for replacement,given date ,chose
time, all good, then later get text and call to say tyres would not be delivered for 2 more days and given time to fit them 4pm so nearly 3 days.
Not happy with that,poor service.
Fitting wise all spot on as normal.

Ordered my tyres online. I was seen on time and wheel balancing and wheel alignment completed.
The person that did my tyres was helpful and courteous.

You have asked me to review my purchase with you and here is what happened.
If Just Tyres took the time to actually read reviews and speak to people they may, just may understand the issues with the Letchworth depot.

I take the time to book my car in for a tyre change, as I have had many good experiences with Justtyres in the past.
The Letchworth branch could not meet my 13.30 booked appointment, an employee said to come back in 20 minutes and he could fit us in.
Then someone else jumped in and said come back at 17.30. The attitude was not constructive at all.
I asked for a refund, the guy got on the phone and spoke to someone, then he told me it would be in my account in 5 working days.
A simple email or phone call would have solved the problem, now due to this and bad employee attitude towards customers, I will never return nor recommend Justtyres to anyone.

How do Justtyres justify banking my money without providing the service, got to be illegal.
Justtyres were aware at 13.30 they were not providing a service, yet they still took the money…

Arrived at 1pm, my appointed time. Was left waiting 30 minutes in the waiting area, while 2 men came in after me and were seen first! Some serious mysogyny going on at Stony Stratford. Ladies, don't bother going to Stony Stratford depot - you will be invisible!

I walked out and was told to "have a good day" - so they don't even care about customers having a bad experience!

Staff were polite and friendly. Explained thoroughly why i needed the new valves before proceeding. Would definitely use again. Braintree branch .
