quick and efficient service

The price was excellent - at least £35 per tyre cheaper for the next next price I could find (identical tyres). Furthermore the fitter at King David Tyres in Llanelli was very quick & efficient.

Great choice, really good price and I shopped around. The team fitting the tyres were really friendly and kept me updated on progress. The process of booking a time slot was quick enough and I was all done within two days with a perfect time slot for me.

Excellent service from really helpful staff. The price and quality of the tyres I purchased was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Just Tyres to everyone!

I arrived having pre-ordered the incorrect size tyres for my car.
The staff were not bothered and helpful in arranging a fitting for the following day.
The work was as done next day - quickly and efficiently.

Ordering process very easy and straightforward fitter,
efficient and thorough. Was told offside front would need replacing soon, so I’ll be back sometime August.

Just dont, what a shower they are , bought a tyre , as mot staion tyres we more expensive, after buying was told not needed, so took back for refund . was told only head office can give refunds takes 7-10 days , long story short , after not responding to email /phone calls , finally got refund after 23 days .would give no stars if i could . never using again , and they are bloody expensive compared to The Garage in wolveton.

James and his co-worker - manager of the store just changed a tyre for us. Great job - on time and they actually performed some work above and beyond the call of duty re:alignment. Also - extremely polite and both are very nice. A credit to the company!
Also - a couple of days previously, the team took the time to guide me through the options I need choose re: balancing / alignment on the phone during booking.

Easy website spot on installers so easy.

I had used Just Tyres twice in the last 3 months ordering online and booking a fitting time. On each occasion at the Leamington branch I was pleased with the service. Today on another car I believed I had a slow puncture so took it directly to Kenilworth, as I had an appointment in the town, to see if it could be repaired. There was a puncture but I was advised it could not be repaired and so I purchased a replacement and a second so they were matched. After I looked on the website and discovered that the price was charged was nearly double the online fitted price for the same make and size. Clearly Just Tyres are happy to rip off those who go direct to a branch who are probably in many cases older people and do not use the internet. I complained to Just Tyre's on their online chat a staff member named Ashwin and I quote ' I do apologise that you was charged double , i would advise to get in contact with the centre directly as you have purchased it with them' I did and they referred me back to head office. I rang them and was put through to the same Ashwin who having spoken to his manager stated 16 in their terms and refused to budge. They clearly have a 2 price system which under trading law is discriminatory against customers going direct to their centres. As a result if you have no choice as in my case having to seek advise from the centre as I had a slow puncture or do not use or have access to the internet. The matter is now going to trading standards and maybe the small claims court. This company which claims to be family run and customer focused is anything but. Avoid at all costs as the very fact they do not reply to 1 star reviews to try and defend themselves says it all.
