I like how well the job was completed, and cleanup was well done. I would suggest that communication with the pro could be improved. I also felt that the job I booked was put on a back burner because it was cancelled and rescheduled multiple times by the pro. However, I would use again.

AVOID LawnStarter! "You're joking right" - Tyler from Florida's Finest Lawn Maintenance, though the LawnStarter app. That was in response to me asking when he was coming. Then he claimed I had 2 foot grass. I sent him pictures of my grass - it's more like I had 2 inches. Then he said my supposed 2 foot grass wasn't documented in the app - obviously trying to cheat me on top of wasting my time. Now I'm getting the runaround from customer service - I've been on with them all morning asking for a supervisor. AVOID

Reliability

Christian has always done a great job on my lawn. He is very professional and efficient at what he does. I love a good looking lawn and appreciate his help keeping my lawn looking so good.

Very professional company. The tech comes when they say he will be here. He does a great job too! Also, the communication is consistent and great!

On time every every week and just overall a very nice cut!!!

Excellent job. Only complaint is minor damage to yard lights. Easily fixed, but never mentioned by the mowing operator. Other than that, I totally satisfied with the service and will continue to use them.

Service was HIGHLY unreliable. One guy did so so service )half the time missed half of the edging and blowing) then quit without notification (no we did not complain and even still tipped him because it is hot out here) . The next person kept messaging that he was on the way, was ten minutes away, and never showed. Four hours later he rescheduled our service to a completely different week without notification. Customer service is darn near nil and not helpful. Do yourself a favor look somewhere else or just do it yourself at least then you will know when your service will occur and can be assured of the quality, especially if you actually take pride in what you do.

Great experience great quality of work. The service is pretty easy to use and straight forward. Things only get complicated when it’s rescheduled. That is the only part that I would work on. Assure the day scheduled is the day of service. Outside of that I suggest this for anyone that’s constantly busy but need it done. There is not a lot of communication needed. The service provider does great and pretty automated.

It's a beautiful site to come home to a freshly cut, perfectly edged yard, Jayson does a wonderful job, I am always impressed and satisfied with the quality of his work. Thanks guy!!

Lawnstarters customer service line made everything easy I told them details of what I needed over the phone and they sent me Christopher. I am so thankful and the prices were very reasonable. I will be using this service alot more now! So happy with my experience

Todd did a great job with the yard mowing/trimming service given the lawn was overgrown in the back. He was kind, friendly and committed well.

The crew got in and out and did a great job

I love the ease to get someone to come out and scheduled. I think I was fortunate to have Mickey as well. I do think one adjustment would be some way to be more specific for the various things the person working would be doing possibly.
