I often visit Dr. Yuritza for Botox injections and I always love visiting. Yuri is super professional, always super friendly and takes her time to make you feel comfortable. She always gives advice on the best treatments to have rather than just doing what i ask and it feels like she genuinely cares about the outcome and helping me feel my best!

Great service willing to give friendly honest advice for your best interest. Injectable beauty where all the nurses and doctors give warning just before a scratch sensation, so no need to be afraid. Reception is welcoming and happy to answer questions you may have.

Dr Yuritza was very gentle and personable . She understood the natural approach and was very clear in the process and what to expect for my first time having Botox . Would definitely recommend !

This definitely will be my go to place for all injectables. Customer service is impeccable and they will always accommodate you the best way they can. I had my first Botox session at 46 and this will definitely be the place I come to for my regular top ups. Venessa is amazing and she definitely has the touch.

I went in for a brow lift treatment and ended up with droopy eyelids instead. It has been incredibly frustrating, as I can no longer apply eyeliner properly without physically lifting my eyelid.
The consultation felt rushed, and I was steered towards the most expensive product without being given the opportunity to make my own decision.
When I contacted the clinic about the issue, I was told that "these things can occasionally happen" - sure but only when the person injecting doesn't have enough experience and doesnt know when injecting certain points will result in the opposite effects.
What makes this particularly disappointing is that my first experience at the clinic several years ago was very positive. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite. The unsatisfactory result has left me questioning the level of expertise. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not one I would expect from a professional aesthetics clinic.

Amazing clinic, my go to!

I’ve been going to M1 for years and this is my second time seeing Hritu Baral for my Botox treatments. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Hritu is incredibly professional, attentive and really takes the time to listen to what you want. She takes her time during appointments and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout. The results always look natural, refreshed …beautifully done.

I always feel comfortable and confident in her care because she’s so knowledgeable, professional and skilled at what she does. Every appointment has been a great experience and I always leave feeling happy with the results.

They have been very helpful and easy going. Have been coming here a few times and I always come back.

I recently came in for a visit with Dr. Baral for my polynucleotide treatment, and I was genuinely impressed. Her knowledge and understanding were exceptional she took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the treatment and completely put me at ease.
She is an incredibly skilled doctor, and I can see why she came highly recommended by a friend. I felt confident and well cared for throughout the entire experience.

Dr Vanessa is amazing, I have been having Botox since my early 20’s - sometimes with “celebrity” Harley Street injectors.
I am now 38, after Botox with Dr Vanessa my colleagues commented I looked 10 years younger! Her understanding of placement to get the best result, was amazing and made such a difference to my overall result, lifting my whole face.
I think the right amount of units were also used to get a good result.
I’m so happy, I will be regularly visiting for my injectables.
