The sofa is comfortable and looks great in the room. Delivery took a little longer than expected, but the final product was good.

The mobile showroom was a fantastic service. We were able to view fabrics and discuss options in our own home, which made choosing much easier. The Marnie 2x3 corner sofa looks stunning, feels luxurious, and has become the centrepiece of our living room.

The furniture itself is comfortable and looks well made. My overall experience was fairly positive, although the service could have been more consistent.

After reading about the company's past challenges, I approached my purchase carefully. However, the service I received was excellent from start to finish. The Song chaise sofa is beautifully made, comfortable, and the fabric has aged wonderfully over time.

We waited slightly longer than expected for delivery, but considering the sofa was made to our specifications, we didn't mind. The Marnie large chaise is exceptionally comfortable, looks stylish, and still appears brand new after months of daily use.

I wish I had checked these reviews before ordering my loveseat back in March. They tried to charge me the second payment twice, then said my order was ready about 2-3 months ago. And since I have never heard from them again. I’m not convinced this company is entirely operational. Please avoid. The sofas are a lot of money and you don’t want to run the risk of losing that money should they decide not to deliver the actual sofa.

Taking a chance on the Song armchair turned out to be a great decision. It's wonderfully comfortable, offers excellent support, and looks fantastic in our snug. The quality of the cushions and fabric is excellent.

This company lie and cheat continuously. They took our money a year ago and have made no effort to provide the covers that they promised in return. They have promised a refund multiple times but failed to process it. The CEO Christian Warren will tell any lie that is convenient to avoid making good on his promises.

I ordered a sofa on the 8th of May and got a delivery date of the 26th June and then just never heard anything. I wasn’t given rushing to finish my floor it was such a stress and now I’m scared I will get no sofa and no money back. They reply once in a blue moon saying they will get me an update and then I never heard anything from them again. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for your sofa! The reviews here are so scary I really hope this doesn’t turn out to be me I see people having awaited a year. So scary cause they are so expensive! I thought I was paying for a premium service!

My wife ordered a sofa from Maker&Son over 9 months ago and has been fighting ever since to get the sofa we paid for. Emails go un-answered, phone lines have been off for over 6 months, social media comments have been disabled since late 2025. It’s downright fraudulent behaviour they have been doing and they should be ashamed of themselves.

All the 4-5 star reviews are completely fake as they are all the same length, the same style and content and name a product specifically for search purposes and Trustpilot need to sort these guys out as they are spamming with fake reviews to hide the real truth!

Do NOT under any circumstances give this company your money as there are so many people who have never received products in over 9 months and so many fighting through the courts to get their money back!
