Thank you for asking for my feedback. I would like to share one point that I believe is important for a brand positioning itself in the premium fragrance segment.

Unfortunately, the delivery experience significantly diminished the excitement and pleasure of receiving my purchase. The parcel arrived at the courier company’s local facility on August 2, and I was supposed to receive it on Monday, August 3. However, it is still sitting at their facility (August 9), with no clear solution or possibility for me to change the delivery.

What is particularly frustrating is that I cannot even redirect the parcel to another pickup point because the available pickup locations are constantly full. The situation is especially problematic in densely populated areas where very small pickup points, sometimes designed for only around 10 parcels, serve several large residential buildings.

In my experience, this courier company is among the worst in Poland. The lack of flexibility, overcrowded pickup points and inability to resolve a simple delivery issue are completely at odds with the feeling of exclusivity and attention to detail that I associate with MARC-ANTOINE BARROIS.

When purchasing a premium fragrance, the experience should begin long before opening the bottle. Unfortunately, in this case, the courier service became the weakest part of the entire experience and took away much of the anticipation and joy of the purchase.

I would strongly recommend reconsidering your courier partner in Poland if you want the delivery experience to reflect the prestige and quality of your brand.

The fragrance itself may be exceptional, but even a beautiful product can be overshadowed when the final step of the customer journey is handled so poorly.

Personal letter is alway a nice touch. Of course the product is the main focus and I can only say good things about it. Wonderful scent and the whole experience seem luxurious. My only remark is that the delivery time could be a bit shorter. Definitely will buy again.

Предварительный заказ с пробниками это очень хорошая идея, упаковка на высоте, никаких проблем с доставкой, сейчас сижу- на одном запястье один аромат, на другом другой за ухом третий. Благоухаю!!! И моя Тилия в полном размере ещё. Спасибо вмей команде!

Pour une marque qui se veut prestigieuse, le service est honteux. J'ai attendu ma commande 2 à 3 semaines sans aucun suivi sérieux de leur part. Des erreurs logistiques basiques ont été commises (mon numéro n'a même pas été donné au livreur pour un colis contre signature).

Mais le plus choquant est l'attitude du service client. Quand j'ai fini par les appeler au 09 87 75 27 23, pour comprendre où en était mon colis, j'ai été accueilli par un "Comment avez-vous trouvé notre numéro ?". La personne au bout du fil m'a clairement fait ressentir que mes appels les emmerdaient en disant qu'elle allait faire remonter à ses collègues la présence de leur numéro en ligne. Je me suis senti traité comme un nuisible, alors que je demandais simplement de l'aide face à leur propre manque d'organisation. Si vous attendez un service respectueux et professionnel, passez votre chemin.

Le savon ganymede est à la hauteur du parfum, il laisse sa fragrance sur la peau .
Il faudrait le décliner en gel douche et huile pour le corps.
