This place scams you out of money, I’m writing this for a friend who doesn’t have access, these people take orders, take your money and you get nothing and the responses stop. Save yourself the headache and go else where.

They shut down their pharmacy without notice to any customers, without any warning to staff.

Their technology has been full of flaws, and their management has been abysmal.

The worst! Impossible to get through to them on the phone!! And they never call you when they text you that they will!

I went to Santa Fe, NM to get a vaccination. They made a significant error and it was clear that there were no redundancies in place to prevent any such errors. The staff was VERY rude. The pharmacy manager was very unprofessional. I would have pegged her for customer service staff, not a pharmacy manager. The error that they made could be critical/dangerous under the right circumstances.

When we started with Medly they were quite good. But this last year has been one of inconsistency and excuses. Not really an issue for most businesses but when it is for time sensitive medications, it is. I would say use them if you need medications that don’t require timely filling. If you need meds effectively delivered in a timely fashion you should probably look elsewhere.
TLDR: Mostly good but unreliable.

I don’t know what happen to medly in the last couple months but their services has went down the toilet. I have requested an itemized claim history of my prescriptions. I have text, called and emailed asking for this list but nothing. Now i have to repaid my fsa because of poor service.

I've been having Medley Pharmacy deliver my HUMIRA prescription for the past year. This is a medicine that MUST be kept cold. On their first delivery, in summer 2020, it was delivered in a flimsy cold pack that was completely melted, and the medicine was warm. I had to refuse it -- they replaced it the next day. But the van that delivered it didn't even have a cooler. However, I gave it a second chance and all other deliveries were ok.

But this month (Sept. 2022), just before my delivery came due, I called them just to check -- and they said they had no supplies of HUMIRA!!! No notification or anything -- I had to accidentally find out for myself! So I transferred the prescription to CVS. It comes very well packaged, in an insulated cooler!

I would not trust Medley, and they are not professional.

Medly pharmacy was delivering my prescription eyedrops there was always a problem having them dropped off then on my last order they never showed up I called and what they told me is they can’t get them anymore so I asked the lady you weren’t even gonna call or let me know you just stop delivering them I am getting them from ShopRite pharmacy now much better place

I just got off the phone with Angela. She was very nice and apologetic, like all Medley's customer service employees have been, unfortunately the story she gave had the same net effect; my drug delivery would not be made today but was scheduled for tomorrow. My wife and I had scheduled the same procedure next week, and the Doctor's office sent identical script to Medley Monday for both of us. My wife's script was delivered Tuesday. I asked the delivery person if he had my script. He thanked me for asking, saying Medley doesn't inform delivery personnel that they have dual scripts for delivery to the same address. He checked his vehicle and came back and said it would likely be delivered the next day. My wife called Medley, spoke with Spencer who said the script would be delivered Wednesday before 7 p.m. On Wednesday morning, my wife called and spoke to Stacy who said she'd talk to the delivery manager to ensure delivery Wednesday. Stacy said if we allowed for porch delivery, it would ensure delivery Wednesday. We agreed. No delivery Wednesday. Thursday morning I called and spoke with Ty. She apologized for the problems with our delivery, said she'd get with the delivery manager and call us back to confirm delivery today. Thursday afternoon I called and spoke with Angela, where I started this review. Angela, like the others was apologetic. She said she'd try and get us delivery today and placed me on hold. She got back on the phone and said the delivery manager said our delivery was scheduled for Friday. I told her we leave tomorrow and won't return before our appointment Monday so delivery tomorrow is unhelpful...like all of the employees at Medley. I guess I'll be re-scheduling my procedure and imploring my doctor to never subject any other patients to having to deal with Medley.

Medly Pharmacy ,at 12th Walnut Street Philadelphia, does not deliver as promised. Every day for a week I was told a difference story (lies) as to why my meds were not ready. Also, every day for a week I would get a difference story line as to why I my meds were not delivery and every day I would offer to pick them up myself. Now, the day before my surgery when I really needed my meds, I was promised it would be delivery between 9am and 1pm. I called Medly to check on my delivery. Of course, they said my meds was not schedule for delivery, as promised. Now I was told the delivery service had stopped for today. It was only 1:15pm at that time of calling Medly and they told me between 9am-1pm.
So, I volunteered, once again, to pick up my meds, even though time and time again for two week they said they would deliver them. It is crazy, the receptionist kept stating they would be happy to delivery my package. I am not mad I had to go into center city pick them up, I am just mad they lied to me over and over again with a nice pleasant voice.

Working with Medly Pharmacy in Boulder, CO, has been a nightmare. I recently had a severe infection and the antibiotic prescription was sent to Medly. I tried for two days to get my meds, calling repeatedly, with no response. No one answers the phone or returns your call if you leave a message. By the second day without my antibiotics, the infection had gotten so bad I had to go to the ER. Thanks Medly for the horrifying experience.

I want to thank Navelle the store manager in the Philadelphia branch, I had a issue with a prescription, he took over the phone call and within 5 minutes my issue was resolved. Tha t is great customer service.

I’m in PA. Cannot understand the negative reviews, all I can say is, my DR faxed the prescription to them, and it was at my door within 2 days. When it came time for renewal, I called them, and it was delivered again the next day. For emergency prescriptions, if I didn’t receive it within 24 hrs, I would have called until the issue was resolved.

The experience I have had with Medly has been embarrassingly horrendous and unacceptable. It has been 20 days since my doctor sent my prescription to Medly, and I have yet to receive it. On top of that, Medly customer service has been extremely unresponsive and unaccommodating. The responses I have gotten have been sent several days after my initial inquiry and have been extremely cryptic with no real update on the status of my prescription. This is medication I need and not some discretionary purchase I can wait to receive, yet Medly does not seem to recognize that they are single handedly responsible for negatively impacting my health and well being. My doctor convinced me to switch from Capsule to Medly, but I will surely never be using Medly again and will be returning to Capsule after my case is resolved, if ever.

The Medly pharmacy is best in the town, throughout my pregnancy all the imp injections and medicines were made available on time, if my father was unable to visit the pharmacy they used to make sure to deliver it by evening. Their staff look after each customer very carefully, and they are really nice to them which I liked the most. Their medicine are authentic, and if u want to get it to ur home urgently, they can arrange it to by the evening or within 24 hours.

Prior to my neurologist telling me about Medly Pharmacy I had the most difficult time getting my medications. I am disabled and can't leave the house without assistance. I am unable to stand for more than about four minutes so waiting in line was difficult. Then COVID made it that much harder. I cannot brag enough and give KUDOS to the staff at Medly for the most amazing customer service and utmost patience. They are always so very pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to assist. They have a strong understanding of helping those with chronic illnesses/pain. I have recently moved from MD to NJ and I notice the exact same effort and strong customer service with the NJ staff. I tell them as often as I can that they have made such a difference in my life and have given me such peace of mind.

Its been 3 days I'm waiting for delivery.....for my little son. I need to use medicine asap....and they keep saying that delivery men will come tmr...he never came...

Called in to check in on a prescription on Monday. Was told they would send to the pharmicist and i would get a return phone call that day to schedule the delivery. Of course they didn't call and I had to call again the next day and wait on the phone for another hour or so. Was told they would schedule a delivery for the next day. The next day came and - guess what? - no delivery. On hold again for another hour to see what happened this time. This place used to be good - not anymore. If you need a prescription anytime in the next week you can use these guys. If you need it on time - go somewhere else.

Hint to Medly - why don't you hire a few more employees to answer phones??? Are you too cheap?

I’ve been trying to get a critical prescription for 10 days. It was promised a week ago, and again on Monday, and again yesterday, and then by noon today..... it’s still not here. I spent three hours on hold yesterday and am back on hold again today. Don’t know what’s happened to a good pharmacy, but they have fallen hard and can’t seem to get back up.
UPDATE...after a one hour hold, I was told my delivery will be next. Rep blamed the poor service on delivery cars breaking down, and hour+ Hold times on staffing problems .... which she says are being addressed....we’ll see.

The medication would have been $1200 with my Medicare prescription plan. Medley filled it for $25 copay and delivered it to my front door.
