Not a company I would recommend to give your money too, honestly....
I placed an order on the 29/7/26 and cancelled it by email on the 31/7/26 along with requesting a refund.
I requested an update on the 4/8/26 regarding my refund after receiving no previous response to my last email.
The company tried to deliver the previously cancelled order on the 5/8/26 which I refused.
I've emailed on the 5th and 10th August for an update regarding my refund and I'm still yet to receive a response (18th August)
I've also tried ringing them on multiple occasions and they never answer the phone, an automated response just informs you to email them.
This is a company I wouldn't ever use again.
I'm now passing this refund issue on to my credit card company to deal with.

Poor Service and dispatch
The only reason Iâve given you two is because a person in your support team in head Office phone me back every time to try and help me your delivery service is poor the time you take to deliver is extremely bad. You need to look at your infrastructure and your connectability between your website and your dispatch team.

I am sorry that it took a little longer than normal. The branch had been waiting for the delivery but this did not come. I did switch it the warehouse who did get it out for you the same day. As discussed yesterday the delivery company had tried to deliver Monday but they couldn't find the house.
