They need training to work respectfully with transgender/non-binary/2-spirit folks - especially management.

Tara and Pam were AMAZING to deal with! what a wonderful experience in store with these ladies, so informative and kind and funny! then the results when I woke up this morning after one night of using my cpap?! man oh man, I feel like I am a foot taller! I am in shock! what a great thing sleep can be!
The store is beautifully organized and well stocked and has everything that you would need . overall this was a very good experience and Pam explained everything so well.

Right from day one Rachelle and Steve have always been welcoming, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and have provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure all is taken care of with coverage, equipment and supplies for my cpap machine. I had a somewhat complicated administrative issue that needed to be resolved before starting treatment. Staff did not hesitate to spend the extra time to help me out.

Always excellent customer service and support anytime I need it. I have highly recommended Northern Respiratory to family and friends. Very trustworthy and honest. They also go above and beyond just providing service. In my situation they even got ahold of the Respiratory Dr. In Toronto when no one else would. Awsome group.

It was time for a checkup for my CPAP machine. It couldn’t be done last year due to Covid restrictions. Rachelle had called to say that they were now able to actually check out the equipment and set up an appointment. I dropped the unit off first thing in the morning as I was going to be busy til noon that day, and she said she would work on it first thing and that it would be ready for me once I was done. I went in and picked up my unit and necessary supplies. It was fast and friendly service! Keep up the great work!

I recently bought my first-ever CPAP machine. I really appreciated how easy Pam and Steve made the process. They helped me choose the perfect machine for me and have been so helpful with fine-tuning my face mask.

Everything was explained so clearly and Pam has been monitoring the remote data from my machine and is in contact with me about my results. I have complete confidence in Northern Respiratory: Five stars all the way!
