I have already posted a review about the broker OneRoyal, explaining how they attract clients and scam them out of their money. They replied to my review and contacted me about a month later.

At first, they accused me of abusing their bonus program, but they were unable to provide any evidence. After that, they changed their accusation to "trade abuse." I still do not understand what they mean by trade abuse, and they failed to explain or prove that allegation as well.

When they could not support either of their claims, they simply responded by saying that any broker offering bonuses would take the same action if a client made a profit on a particular trading instrument. In my opinion, this response does not justify withholding my funds or making unsupported accusations.

I Will be glad to conduct an argument even on trust pilot portal if oneroyal want to this broker is as pathetic as i said.

1st time trade using this broker, first profit i made try to withdraw, but i received an email PROFIT CANCELLATION. No specific reason , no proof what am i doing wrong .. Just revoked my profit.

I was expecting more marketing noise, but the site stays focused on trading tools instead.

I am writing this review based on my experience as an Ontario, Canada resident who opened an account with Switch Markets after seeing numerous online advertisements and positive reviews.

What surprised me was that during the funding process, when I deposited funds via Interac e-Transfer, the beneficiary that appeared was “OneRoyal.” This led me to research the relationship between OneRoyal and Switch Markets more closely.

After a dispute arose regarding my account, I discovered that Switch Markets and OneRoyal appear to have a close operational relationship. Throughout my investigation, I sought clarification regarding the corporate structure, regulatory framework, and onboarding of Ontario residents.

I was ultimately informed that my account was held under an international entity and that Ontario regulatory protections did not apply. Despite my concerns, my account had been approved, verified, funded, and allowed to trade while I was a resident of Ontario.

I raised these concerns directly with the company and requested clarification regarding the legal and regulatory basis for accepting Ontario residents as clients. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the responses provided and my complaint was ultimately rejected.

I believe prospective clients should conduct extensive due diligence before opening an account, particularly if they reside in Canada. Carefully review the regulatory status of the entity you are dealing with, understand which company is actually receiving your funds, and ensure you are comfortable with the protections (or lack of protections) that may apply to your account.

This review reflects my personal experience and the concerns that arose during my dealings with Switch Markets and the OneRoyal-related entities involved in the funding process.

Horrendous. Don't believe 100% bonus. As soon as you hit zero cut trade, and cut bonus credit. Use a decent firm. Not these They are cowboys.

On 26 February 2026, OneRoyal deducted $6,311.90 from my account #575231 under an internal adjustment labelled “ADJ – Trade Abuse.” This amount represented 100% of my profit from XAUUSD (gold) trades.

What happened:
- I deposited $6,626 and received a 20% tradable bonus of $1,000.
- I opened buy (long) positions on XAUUSD on 19 February, followed by sell (short) positions on 23 February when the price had moved higher.
- After closing all gold positions, I made a net profit of $6,311.90 from those trades.
- On 26 February, OneRoyal processed a $6,000 withdrawal from my account without any issue.
- Nine hours later, without any prior warning or request for explanation, they reversed the entire $6,311.90 profit and removed all remaining bonus funds.
- The first notification arrived over 100 minutes after the adjustment was already applied.

Why I consider this unfair:
- OneRoyal cited its General Terms & Conditions (clause 3.13) but never specified which exact sub-clause I allegedly violated.
- They provided no transaction audit, no IP analysis, no evidence that I intended to exploit their bonus scheme.
- My trading strategy was simple: buy gold, later sell some when the price rose. Not latency arbitrage, not swap arbitrage, not false identity, none of the defined “abuse” examples.
- I received no right to respond before the funds were taken.
- My formal dispute (27 February) and follow‑up (1 April) received no substantive reply.

For now, my account balance stands at $263.03 effectively wiped out.

I am now pursuing this matter with the relevant financial regulator. I cannot recommend OneRoyal to anyone who expects fair treatment and transparent dispute resolution.

Unreliable platform and unfair trading conditions
I have been trading with OneRoyal and my experience has been disappointing.
The platform often freezes during critical market moments, causing serious trading problems. There are clear issues with order execution
Today I can’t close my trades with profit till I lost my account and lost more than 1100 dollars and recorded everything and send all the evidence to them but they didn’t solve my issue

This is my review of the broker OneRoyal. I'm using a scalping strategy with a 70-pip stop-loss. The trade was supposed to close at a loss of $0.70, but it always closed with significant slippage, losing $1.40, and sometimes even $2.00. I changed the stop-loss to 250 pips, and the same problem occurred; the trade was supposed to close at a loss of $2.50, but it closed at a loss of $4 or $5, and sometimes even $2.30, 20 or 30 pips before the stop-loss, even though the spread was consistently between 15 and 20 pips. I contacted support and explained the problem, and the answer was generic: slippage, etc. I asked them about the trade that closed before the stop-loss, and they said it closed at the best available price. What a stupid answer! How can there be the best available price if the stop-loss order hasn't even been triggered yet?

It does what it promises. I’m not blown away, but I’m also not looking to leave.

The best financial intermediary without any deception or hidden rules.

I scalp and those 0.4 pip spreads make it actually profitable. My last broker had 2-3 pip spreads which ate all my gains. This changed everything for my trading

Some small UI tweaks would improve things, but nothing that stops me from trading.

The 100% deposit bonus promotion is attractive , but the terms are quite involved. You need to really understand the turnover requirements before u commit. It is good offer but requires careful reading.
