Great service. Great and friendly staff. What I ordered is exactly what it says on the website.

I ordered a Dutch oven tripod from them on May 30, it's now June 18 and I still haven't received it. They sent me an invalid DPD consignment number yesterday to track, I asked them to provide a valid one and they gave some flimsy excuse saying I should search on the DPD Ireland site instead of the Belgium one, I'd already done this to no avail. The email back and forth has been energy sapping. Never again.

Great quality, love shopping with them

When I made the purchase the service was great. Then when there were issues with the items and I enquired what options were available for exchange/refund, the attitude from one particular staff member toward me was hostile. I would, however complement the younger gentleman in the shop for being as helpful as he could be, thank you.

I wish to take the time to recognize Derek with Outdoor Adventure Store for his outstanding customer service. I had ordered hiking boots, a jacket and a headlamp online, which were shipped out same day. The jacket did not quite fit, but Derek made me a return label and sent out a larger size once they received my return. It was such a fast turn around time. Derek also took the time to train me on how to use all the features of my head lamp. He even recorded a video and sent it to me, which was above and beyond. I have honestly never received such excellent customer service in Ireland. Because of Derek, I will now exclusively shop at OAS. Derek is the gold standard for customer service. Thank you Derek.

Order and paid for an item online in error. When I phone the lad sorted the refund instantly I was incredibly pleasant about it.

I was able to source the exact gas I needed and it arrived in a few days. We'll wrapped against any damage.

Product was reasonably priced compared to other online store but being located in Ireland was a plus ( support local) . I purchased a jacket and it arrived in a few days and as described, no issues and would shop here again
