Absolute 5 star service! Rapid Despatch had to get an item somewhere for me on a certain day at a very specific window of time and they made it happen. They even were able to coordinate with me on off hours (I was in the States) over the weekend to make sure the luggage I needed delivered was all scheduled and organized to go off without a hitch. Amazing customer service, nice people, and most importantly they can get it done. Thanks!!!!

We have used Rapid for over 5 years now and they have always given first class service from start to finish. their drivers always arrive on time and the company always go out of their way to help if any problems arise which is our business happens occaisionally. I would recommend Rapid to anyone thinking of using a courier service , they offer a great service, good prices and efficient with minimum fuss, good drivers too.
