We have had our sauna for just over a year now and it has been one of the best purchases we ever made for our home. Redwood Outdoors customer service was phenomenal from the start to finish and now beyond. We recently had a bad storm shatter our sauna door and they quickly jumped in to help get what we needed to get the door back in place. Although I am sad we are saying goodbye to this sauna because we are moving, I am happy and looking forward to our next Redwood Sauna at our new home. If you are looking for a sauna, I highly recommend Redwood Outdoors for your purchase. They go above and beyond to ensure your happiness in and out of the sauna.

We absolutely love this sauna! It has been a wonderful addition to our home, and we use it all the time. It’s easy to use, heats up perfectly, and feels incredibly relaxing. The quality is excellent, and we always feel refreshed after using it. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and highly recommend it!

Joe was a pleasure to work with! He was an excellent listener and expressed empathy and understanding for me regarding the problem I called customer service about. Excellent company. From first contact through delivery they are excellent and highly responsive after the sale as questions came up. Highly recommend.

Never received sauna rocks. Called multiple times and they say they have lots of orders. A fedex labeled was created weeks ago but no movement. We obviously can't use without the rocks. Maybe this company grew too fast and can't handle the orders. It's a lovely sauna but still disappointed we can't get the correct rocks.

Customer service was a real person, not a hard sell but gave great info. Installation was a one day project for me (minus electrical).
I am extremely happy with this entire process/product. Bought Summer of 2026...

Been wanting to buy abd investigating for years. So happy we went with Redwood

Circuit breaker faulty on sauna control panel and light will not work with controller. Redwood outdoors won’t do anything, harvia heater won’t do anything. There answer was the light they sent us (100w) is to high of a wattage for me to go buy a different one. Harvia heater manual states use light no more than 100w. I have tried for 4 weeks to have a new circuit breaker sent and all they do is ignore my voicemails. Do not buy from redwood outdoors. Do not stand by there warranty and send you faulty equipment.

After several years, the window in my sauna cracked from the heat and needed replacement. They located the part and shipped it to me for $100. I thought that was fair. Delivery was efficient too.

The pre purchase phone conversation was very helpful towards purchase choice and towards preparing for assembly. The product is amazing and works flawlessly. Could not be happier.

Ordering process was super simple. Love my sauna. Also love the little extra stuff Redwood provided like a bucket, sauna hat, and rug! Also great customer service!

product is ok. clarity on shipping and delivery severely lacking and inconsistent. world not recommend buying from this company, find a local provider who can set and deliver on expectations. cost of these products warrants a much higher level of service and experience.

Communication was excellent. Delivery was smooth. Setting up the sauna was easy using the manual and video. And the sauna is fantastic! Heats up quick (for sauna standards) and once hot it retains the heat without the heater running. Wifi control makes it all easy.

Really happy with my Redwood Outdoor Sauna! It looks great, feels really well made, and has been awesome to use. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend them!

No real help or explanation from customer service. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I left a review on the Redwood Outdoors website. The front door of the sauna was damaged in shipping along with the bench. I was told I have to wait two months or more for a replacement door. That's terrible customer service. I understand managing inventory levels, but having zero extra doors to send when your shipping damages the product is a managerial mistake and extremely poor customers service. I will not be recommending Redwood Outdoors to anyone I know. Customer service only reached out through a generic email to apologize for the 2+ month extra wait time. Please note that this was after waiting two months to receive the sauna after originally ordering it.

All around disappointing. The installation instructions were outdated. The items you have to deal with “on your own” weren’t really shared until after purchase. The roofing materials are of poor quality (and the lack of metal roof option—claiming long term backorder—was suspect). I would not buy anything else from them in the future.
