Refill Station 

Been using this company for years and have had no issues at all been excellent but the service has gone down hill. I order the medium reg blend every few months in bulk but they are out of stock and have been for nearly 2 months now. I reached out asking if they will be getting new stock and eventually got a response with a reply hopefully in a few weeks as they have experienced an issue with current supplier. Still no medium blend in stock therefore because I was running out I ordered the high blend which in the end I refused the delivery because my local shop in which refill station use to own managed to get the medium blend in. I have emailed the company to make them aware of this numerous times and requesting refund and as of yet no response and the contact number on there website no longer valid. Looks as if I will have to go through bank to claim the money back if I don’t get a response soon.

Exactly the same experience as the review placed by Munire Ahmed. I placed an order on the 8th of May and I still haven’t received it. They replied to my first email on the 14th of May saying the order was on its way but have since stopped replying to my emails and I have not received any refund or the order. I have used them in the past and they were okay, but there seems to be big problems with them at the moment. AVOID!

I can highly recommend Refill. Good price and delivery is prompt. Been using online and in store for years.

I have been ordering from Refill Station for at least 4 years now and always received my order within 2 days. My last order was severely delayed, not through any fault of their own, but due to the Glasgow fire on Union St where their orders are processed. Their offices were closed for over a week due to the cordon put in place for safety reasons.
Needless to say, when they gained access to the street on Monday, my order was dispatched and I received it the next day.

Hi is anyone as confused as me on there site they are offering buy 10 pay for 8. If I buy 10 is cost £20 if I pay for 8 it is £16 but I don't get 10
When I went onto there site he advised me that the prices have not changed. Me personally would rather it be more clear!!

Ordered goods and paid £5 for express shipping on 7th march it’s now the 13th march and no goods. Sent several emails to their support email 6 in total each one ignored college the number left voicemails each one no response , basically took money and don’t give a dam or reply if any issues or goods not received
Shocking all methods to contact them for help ignored not one response
Disgraceful service will be avoiding but reporting to trading standards

Refill Station are my goto, always. I never go elsewhere as the service is always top notch!
The flavours are unmatched. Free home delivery and special offers in abundance!

The company is doing really well as everyrime i order oils online thwt are dwluvered really quixkly.Abaolutely brilliant . The only rhing is that i thi k you should maybe out a point sytem for online purchases so yiy can build them up for an extra free order.
