We rented a car in albania from askcarrental through this website and everything went smoothly! No problems to get the car and very easy to return. the car was in good conditions and the prices were better than others. Also they two guys we spoke to were super nice and on top of everything

Booking process was easy. Price was the best we could find in Albania in July. Would recommend!

Location réservée pour deux semaines en Albanie via ce site, auprès d'un certain Fladhio. La veille de notre arrivée, on nous informe que la Volkswagen Passat réservée est « en panne ». À la place : un van énorme, très gourmand en carburant et difficile à manier dans les ruelles et sur les routes albanaises. Promesse : récupérer la Passat sous 3 jours.
Mensonge. Au 6ᵉ jour, nouvelle annonce de dernière minute : ce sera une Hyundai, très en dessous du véhicule initialement réservé et payé.
Les deux véhicules fournis étaient sales, avec les voyants feu, stop et pression allumés en permanence. La communication avec Fladhio et son collègue a été impolie du début à la fin. Aucun geste commercial, aucun suivi, aucune volonté de résoudre le problème : nous avons dû subir cette expérience de bout en bout, sans le moindre support de la société.
Je déconseille fermement.

on nous a pas donner la bonne voiture avec moins d’option , on a demander livraison à l’aéroport ça n’a pas été fait

Es war einfach Autos zu suchen und zu buchen. Es gab genug Informationen und Bilder. Auch das man keine Kaution hinterlegen musste war super. Wir haben dann per Whatsapp alle Informationen bekommen einen Tag vor der Ankunft. Leider gab es dann Probleme mit dem gebuchten Auto, anscheinend hatte es ein Kunde noch länger, wir haben dann ein anderes bekommen und sind dann quasi vom Besitzer bis zum Zielort gebracht worden (wir hatten eigentlich einen 7 Sitzer gebucht) Am nächsten Tag bekamen wir ein anderes, was aber nict dem entsprach was wir gebucht hatten. Die Lichter sind zeitweise Schwach geworden. Das Amaturenbrett zeigte keine Geschwindigkeit oder Tank an. Der Besitzer hat alles versucht und am Ende ist alles gut gegangen aber es war schon ein wenig enttäuschend. Dennoch werden wir es das nächste mal wieder versuchen weil die Plattform an sich toll ist. Die Erfahrung war trotz den Problemen am Anfang gut. Die Besitzer haben sich Mühe gegeben.

I arrived in airport at 9:00 am. The car reservation was at 10:00, but the seller told me that i’d have to wait just 40 minutes. The car arrived at 12:00 and they weren’t phisically at the airport, but said to me to go to their office by foot. The car that i received was not well made. After a quick stop, it didn’t turn on. they sent me another car, but arrived at 22 pm

The car was nice and clean drove well. Also very helpful owner and accommodating with dropping off.

Some minor difficulties, but at all good service.
