Pudimos alquilar un coche en el aeropuerto de Albania con la compañia Best rent a car con un precio muy competitivo y un muy buen trato. Además nos recogieron el coche el último día en el hotel sin ningún sobrecoste.

Véhicule en piteuse état que je qualifierais de dangereux. Pneus arrière lisses, les 2 feux arrières de freinage ne fonctionnent pas, la direction vibre au delà de 100 km/h. Je ne comprends pas que les éléments de sécurité ne soient pas vérifiés par le propriétaire avant la livraison du véhicule. Plus d'une heure de retard à la livraison du véhicule par le loueur. Seul point positif la bonne communication avec le loueur. Je ne louerai plus avec votre enseigne. Vos services manquent de sérieux dans la sélection des propriétaires et des véhicules.

Zelo korektni odnos. Prevzem in vračilo je potekalo hitro in brez zapletov. Avto je bil čist in tehnično brezhiben.

c'était parfait, communication et service nickel

We went for renting via Rent from Locals because we wanted to be able to drive off road and also an automatic transmission for easy driving. It’s a great platform with a lot of different cars to choose from. We went for a car with full insurance for a peace of mind during a 2 week trip trough all of Albania. All communication went good and questions were answered quick. Would really recommend this company/platform.

I was extremely impressed with the warm welcome and outstanding service provided by Lakir at Tirana Airport.

I had booked to collect the car at 3:00 a.m., but Lakir checked my flight arrival time and kindly brought the car to us at 2:00 a.m. The vehicle was in immaculate condition and ready for us, making our arrival completely stress-free.

I have immense respect for Lakir's professionalism, dedication, and excellent customer service. If I could give more than five stars, he truly deserves 10 stars.

J'ai utilisé le site pour louer une voiture lors de mon voyage en Albanie et tout s'est parfaitement passé. Le propriétaire a été extrêmement réactif et la communication a été fluide du début à la fin. La voiture était conforme et le service irréprochable. Très bonne expérience.
Le véhicule de départ un Ford Kuga a été remplacé par un tiguan récent toutes options à notre arrivée. Prise en main rapide, pas d'empreinte ni de caution en ayant souscrit l'assurance full option. On choisira à nouveau Amarildo.

I originally thought this was like Airbnb for cars, but it’s actually more like Booking.com for cars. It’s connecting you with local rental agencies - not individuals sharing their personal cars. So it ended up Being very professional and organized. A local agency delivered a nice BMW (high miles but great condition) to our hotel and picked it up at the airport. We paid for full insurance but didn’t need it

I would not recommend this rental company. The cars they offer are in very poor condition, which can easily ruin your trip. Instead of enjoying your holiday, you end up constantly worrying about whether the car will break down or leave you stranded. Renting a car should make travelling easier and more enjoyable, not add unnecessary stress and uncertainty to your vacation.

Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Sie waren sehr nett und freundlich. Ich fand es nicht gut das wir nicht das Auto was wir ausgesucht hatten bekommen hatten. Statt Schaltung bekamen wir Automatik und was sehr störend war war das die Klimaanlage nur etwas kalt wurde. Die Leistung war nicht mehr 100%. Aber sonst war alles ok.
