Hire and fire organization
I have joined their organization as an seo manager remote on 15th September 2025. they fired me on last week on October 2025. Without any reason, they fired. They only gave 15 days salary and they took my one month salary. I have several whatsapp chats, keep on prolonging for next days, but the next day never come. They have only two people who handles everything. If you join there, they will flood you with multiple companies responsibilities on one person. Even if you complete your work till late night, even the metrics are working, they will fire and pick new scapegoat to have less salary.
Don't join this type of trash organization.

The engagement was ended following documented performance and policy concerns. These included a significant difference between the professional experience represented during recruitment and the level of independent work demonstrated, along with unauthorized outside work conducted during company time using company business tools.
The relevant concerns were communicated directly. We will not publish confidential employment records or internal correspondence on a public platform.
If you believe there is a genuine discrepancy in your final salary calculation, please send the specific calculation through the official communication channel so it can be checked against the employment terms and payroll records.
