The staff are lovely and make sure that my son understands what is happening and is as comfortable as possible. The fact that we are able to access this service and be monitored in the privacy of our home has been a lifesaver for us, we have used this service multiple times and although we have to travel to access it, without it we would not have been able to get the results that we need.

Staff on hand are very helpful to the customer. Have been notified from neurologist that while my scan was going have had mysterious seizures too. Have to go to local EEG on Friday - 2/3 - and then on 11/10 have a questionnaire up from Alfred. Hopefully Iâll get fixed through it all ð€
Refilling electrodes
When I had to replenish the electrodes with a syringe and had to get a family member to do this, he was a bit apprehensive but after watching video and talking to a seer staff member he was able to do this and they explained things well. We had to ring them a few times.

We were looked after so well. The whole experience was streamlined and efficient. I am devastated for future patients not to have this option as having now also experienced the week long testing in the hospital, I cannot recommend highly enough that our govt back this company to continue itâs services. My reasons are too long for here, but i am happy to be contacted.

Everything went well. I only had one Email from you when I had to put more of the glue on my head, otherwise everything went well apart from it being very restrictive and uncomfortable.
Poor experience
Iâm afraid I had quite a poor experience with Seer. It initially took about 2-3 months for Seer to even contact me after the Dr first sent a referral, despite the GP following up several times.
Then, when I arrived at the Adelaide location at the time of my appointment, nobody answered the door for about 15 minutes. I was tempted to give up, but then finally someone came to the door and appeared upset with me for knocking (because they were with a patient at the time).
At the end of my appointment, I was told that the results would be with the GP in a week, and that I should schedule an appointment in 2 weeks just to be on the safe side. I scheduled the 2 week appointment, and yet the results were not in. So I had to schedule a repeat appointment (and pay for both), with the GP chasing the results from Seer.
Then I was referred back to Seer Medical for a home EEG. Two weeks went by, and Seer didnât contact me. When I reached out, I received a template email informing me that the home EEGs were no longer available. And yet there had been no attempt to contact me to communicate this.
Overall, a very frustrating experience. However, the lady who actually did my EEG in Adelaide was lovely - she was kind and professional and thoughtful.
