When I first saw the ad I was shocked at the tests and information they offered for a very competitive price!

I throughly checked them out on line and
Decided to order a test kit.

The company's follow up, via email, was
Awesome! I was notified about each step
As it occurred: The Status of its journey after I mailed it-location-when it arrived
At their facility-when it went to Quality
Control-when scientific lab work started-etc etc! When it was complete and ready to return the results to me.

But, the most Amazing Part is when you start to look at the Report! It's simple to
Follow, nicely collated, and the information provided is Voluminous. The
Medical and scientific jargon was beyond me, but the summary and script
Provided by AI was easy to read and understand !
I am 84 years old and have some medical
Issues, and I found my report actually showed my symptoms etc and the level of concern on each one.
I also have adult children, grandchildren
And great grandchildren. We were concerned about my genes etc containing some type of regressive or
Defect that might cause any of our family to contract an autoimmune condition etc.
Unfortunately my tests showed I might be a Carrier of a couple of illnesses.
Naturally, this information will be passed on to the family members so they can share it with their doctors.
I printed out a great deal of the information as it makes it much easier to
Read and understand.

Thank you for providing me all this amazing. Information! Best investment I've made for me and my love ones!

Can't recommend enough! Was finally given genetic evidence which will help with my heds diagnosis was also happy to see the genetic reasoning behind a couple of other conditions ive been diagnosed with

I loved Sequencing when I first got my results. Now, you can’t use your results without a phd in genetics or an $80 per month subscription. It’s no longer the help I need. Revert or just no.

Tyona was great in explaining the system and how it all worked. Who would've thought that I would have pEDS? It literally explains all my health issues after looking more into the condition. It's mind boggling. It's refreshing to know that when I go to the ER, they can't auto diagnose me with anorexia.

Tyona was very helpful and focused on the information I was most interested in learning. She was capable of doing deep searches into a variety of data based to provide me with answers.

Unexpected bill for 323.46. Trying to reach anyone impossible. Buyer beware

Update: the bill was for an auto renewal that I must not of realized when first purchasing. This morning, so yes I was being far to hasty on my initial review, I received a full refund. I also got an email, text and call in which the caller was very polite and helpful.
I changed it to 5 stars the customer service was actually amazing, I was there non amazing person with zero patience.

Tyona is a very knowledgeable and patient coach. I felt inundated by the amount of data in my report and I did not like number of emails I kept receiving. She showed me how to navigate the apps and data in a manner that was useful for my specific then she explained the way my subscription worked.

She was great!
Definitely exceeded my expectations by far!

I unfortunately wasn't able to complete the DNA testing process because my samples repeatedly came back with insufficient DNA, despite following all instructions and trying multiple times. While that was disappointing, I don't consider it a fault of the company. Some people simply appear to be poor candidates for cheek swab collection, and I seem to be one of them.

What really stood out to me was the customer service. Throughout the entire process, the Sequencing.com team was responsive, patient and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions, and ultimately handled my cancellation and refund professionally and courteously.

I would still recommend Sequencing.com based on the quality of their customer support and the way they treated me as a customer.

The follow up call after the report released is helpful

I ordered the 2 weeks processing one and got my results in 9 days since they received my sample. Testing the data files showed ~38x reads, way above 30x.

Maybe I'm just lucky, so take my review with a grain of salt, but I'm definitely very happy.

Tyona did a wonderful job helping me to understand the reports and how to prioritize the information the container. She also did a great job explaining how to use the reports.

1- the support is cooperative.
2- my first package did not pass quality control, they sent me another package for free and they paid the customs fees as well.

I am usually very tight with my appreciations, BUT! - in the case of sequencing.com, their performance was STELLAR. They were extremely, extremely fast, very accurate and their customer service is the best I ever experienced (thank you, Logan & tech team!)

Very easy to use the kit. Feedback and updates all the way through. Lots of good information along with the results.
I do wish the information was collated in a way that was easier for the user to read. However the built in filter on the website is useful. The information is tracking with what I have been experiencing too. Very glad I did it!!

Trapped in their yearly membership, that you can't cancel until the next year!

I had been interested in whole genome sequencing for awhile and wanted to know about particular gene mutations specifically pertaining to some health issues I have. This kit was amazing! The collection of samples was very easy and pain-free and after getting the results back, it was easy to sort through all of the information. It is all documented in a way that is easy to read and understand. They even include a 30 min. consult with a geneticist to go over any questions you may have. The pricing for what you receive in the end is very much worth it!

Welcome to paywall city where over and above everything, cash is king.
Anyone with a cent of common sense can read through these 'reviews'. Nobody genuinely gives this many brilliant reviews.
But this is now and it's the future.

The results seem to be extremely thorough but I don't understand any of it. I guess I will be contacting a Genetisist although I don't know if my insurance will cover this?
