The Team at Sigma letchworth couldn't be more helpful and great at sharing knowledge. Customer experience is placed higher than sales which is rare in todays cycling world

I have just picked up my Pinarello and have found both Kristina and Alfie to be fantastic, great service and knowledge.

I placed an order on line for collection at the Letchworth Branch.
Ordering via mobile Web sight was straight forward and easy.
Deliver to Branch was quicker than quoted.
Staff in Letchworth were friendly, and helpful as always.
Please to shop with Sigma and will always trust the advise from the team there.

Living local to a store makes it so easy to order and collect. Quick too. All good!

Following my conversations with the sigma sports team members I decided to purchase a new Specialize 3D saddle its early days but will give a review of the saddle soon
The guys at the shop were great and explained the issues with choosing the correct saddle, they also have a pressure pad machine which you can use to help choose the correct saddle

Very simple to return and exchange some road cycling shoes that didnt fit that Id bought on line. Also picked up a couple of other items in store and had an opportunity to have a quick look at an amazing stock of very nice looking bikes! Very knowledgeable staff too...

Saved me from an expensive mistake! Came in to pick up pre-ordered helmet. Guy who served me (sorry, I didn’t get his name) urged me to try it on, and showed me that it was the wrong shape for my head. He then spent time helping choose a different make with good fit. Great service and friendly to boot!

I was very impressed with the quality of service from initial advice to collection and fitting of my new road bike. I cannot recommend Sigma in Letchworth enough for getting me back on my bike.

Really pleased with the service. Alex and the team were brilliant in sorting out my new bike through the Cycle to Work scheme. Smooth experience from start to finish.

Good directions to the store. Parking beside shop - excellent as I was tight for time and parking in Letchworth is like gold dust! The young lady on the upper floor, Kristina, set up all informatiom for me on bib shorts. I have only had shorts before and this was continued by a passing manager who I spoke to earlier on the phone.
Excellent service. I shall be back.
