Went to buy a pair of road cycling shoes. I have struggled to find a pair that fit properly via mail order.

Good old fashioned service from the chap who served me. Very patient and helpful in finding shoes with a good fit and the correct insoles.

I left with a nice pair of wide fit Lake CX239 shoes. Having had a couple of outings in them I am very happy with them, fit really well.

I had to travel quite some distance as there are no decent local bike shops in my area with a wide range of shoes in stock to try on. I hope this store has a good future.

Brilliant shop with brilliant staff. Will in particular at Oakham was brilliant in helping me with an order and when I got to the store he was also happy to give advise on new bikes which I was looking at purchasing. Great guy and someone I can tell is passionate about bikes.

Paul at Oakham store has been phenomenal! He is so incredibly knowledgeable and did everything possible to accomodate my various requests with respect to buying a new bicycle and adaptations to the set up of that bicycle. What a wonderful ambassador for the Sigma Sports brand, and I will happily be returning to Paul to make any future purchases.

Had a bike fit with Andy Shore this afternoon and it was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and friendly gentleman who certainly knows his stuff. A very thorough high tech process with everything being well explained. I have come away with what feels a more comfortable bike and hope to find it makes my rides more enjoyable. It might seem expensive but it was worth every penny. Thanks Andy.

I recently purchased a new Supersix Evo p/x my 2 yo Cannondale. Will, and the rest of the Sigma team were brilliant taking me through the range of bikes & benefits & the bikes features! Even though it took me some time to choose my new bike they were all very patient while I made up my mind.

I called to cancel a bike fit appointment due to work commitments. Will was extremely helpful and friendly, offering advice on the availability of future appointments. Each time that I have either visited the shop in person, or contacted them by phone, the staff have always gone out of their way to assist. A very professional service (and a great store) that I highly recommend.

I recently visited the Sigma Sports shop in Oakham to collect an online purchase, the staff were welcoming and helpful. The store is well presented, and spacious.

Brilliant shop, well stocked, high level of bikes, equipment and clothing.
Personable, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I was helped by Zoe at the Oakham store. I’d called in to pick up some look cleats but also had a pair of Assos bibs to return due to some poor quality issues (most unusual for the brand and the first pair I’ve ever had any issues with). Assos in Switzerland advised me to take them back rather than send them to them. Zoe was really helpful and so friendly. The bibs have now been sent off for the warranty team to review so fingers crossed but whatever happens Zoe was a credit to Sigma. Thank you.

Quick, easy and good quality service. Bike looks and feels much better for it. Also didn't feel like they were trying to find problems that weren't there to upsell which is great, so will trust them again.

Initial reluctance to accept that the Specialized Creo2 motor had an issue.
I had sent a recording of the motor noise, which I think was the clincher.
Motor replacement. Near silent running now. Need to give it a couple of long rides.

Outstanding again from Sigma Oakham. Collected a new set of carbon wheels this morning and also had my road bike scheduled for a service. Super fast, efficient and friendly service. A1.

The customer Service team helped me with a 'Cycle-to-work scheme' bike purchase. They were very efficient and effective in processing the bike and delivery. Great service.

Very helpful staff- despite not having all my requirements on the job sheet the Mechanic soon rectified this whilst I waited for my wheels to be changed and new sealant to be added. Message alert system worked really well. I will definitely recommend Sigma for maintenance. Great job by the mechanic noticing my headset had previously been overtightened and rectified despite being in for my wheel change.

Reasonably easy to book a bike fit, just took a crazy amount of time. But the important thing once the elusive day arrived was the process and the way it was delivered by Andrew Shore, this is what sets it apart from the rest. Great guy, amazing knowledge and a really fun process, if Sigma does anything they should recognise how important Andrew is to their business. Some nice stock, loads of it, but for the human content, he makes the difference.

Spent the morning at Sigma Oakham needed some fitting adjustments and workshop jobs completing.

1) Ben in the workshop sorted it out ✔️

2) Paul in sales helped find the last missing piece of kit for me. ✔️

3) Andrew Shore "Mr Bike fit" completed an excellent morning.

If you have never had a proper bike fit or its been a few years, this guy is amazing 👏
