Uneori tot ce avem nevoie este clinica potrivita. Clinica Swiss Medica impune un standard de excelenta greu de egalat, ofera servicii medicale de clasa mondiala, cu o abordare personalizata.

Inca de cand pasesti inauntru, esti intampinat de o atmosfera calda, extrem de curata si moderna, care iti ofera instant o stare de liniște și siguranța. De asemenea m-au impresionat confortul și aspectul de nivel hotelier al camerelor și campusului.
Personalul este absolut extraordinar – intregul colectiv, de la recepție, echipa medicala, echipa de fizioterapie pana la personalul de la bucatarie, sunt extrem de amabili, atenți, empatici și profesionisti de 5*. Tot personalul este orientat spre confortul pacientului, asta demonstreaza o atenție deosebita la detalii și un respect profund fata de pacient.
Fiecare procedura mi-a fost explicata cu multa rabdare, eliminand complet orice stare de anxietate. Aparatura de ultima generație și punctualitatea desavarșita vin doar sa confirme ca la clínica Swiss Medica pacientul este cu adevarat pe primul loc.

Doresc sa multumesc conducerii pentru suportul acordat si sa-mi exprim aprecierea profunda pentru promptitudinea de care au dat toti dovada in gestionarea solicitarilor mele si pentru serviciile medicale de inalta calitate oferite in cadrul clinicii. Dincolo de competența medicala ireproșabila, am gasit in clinica dumneavoastra o uriașa doza de empatie, umanitate și respect. Eficiența personalului dumneavoastra reflecta standardele inalte ale clinicii. Va mulțumesc pentru ca transformați un moment dificil intr-o experienta sigura și plina de speranța!

De asemenea, doresc sa-mi exprim recunoștinta profunda fata de mediciul curant Dr. Snezana Javorac pentru profesionalism, implicare si claritatea informatiilor oferite, fata de fizioterapeuții (Nemanja, Irena, Dragana si Ivan) care m-au ghidat cu rabdare, dedicare si energie buna la fiecare pas al recuperarii, fata de asistenții care m-au intampinat mereu cu un zambet, pentru grija și caldura lor zilnica si fata de Ivona Damnjanovic pentru primirea calduroasa și pentru ajutorul acordat în timpul șederii mele in clínica Swiss Medica.

Colaborarea stransa dintre medici, terapeuți și asistenți reflecta un standard profesional de excepție si o organizare impecabila. Va mulțumesc pentru daruirea, atenția la detalii și rigoarea cu care monitorizați un pacient. Sunteți o echipa de elita care face cinste sistemului medical ! 🤗

Very clean building with alot of green around , comfortable room, All the staff were very friendly, helpful and just ask anything and comfort you ! They did everything just to relax you . Was really far above my expectations

We’ve visited Swiss Medica for stem cell treatment for our child with ASD twice so far. Until we arrived, I honestly wasn’t sure if it was going to be a scam or not but let me tell you that all our expectations have been exceeded. The facilities are incredible, not only the medical treatment room but also the apartments for families. So well designed and thought through for autism families. The staff (from medical staff to restaurant workers) are all very friendly and have a good command of English. During the treatment, nurses and doctors have been present at all times and we’ve felt safe at any point in time. Since the treatment, our child has made immense progress from fine/gross motor skills, social interaction, stimming to cognitive function. It goes along with nutrition, supplements, OT, speech and other therapy but we will continue our journey with Swiss medica.

We travelled 24 hours via 2 long haul flights from New Zealand to Belgrade to get stem cells for my son and myself. With so much to expect with a level of uncertainty, we arrived with much ease- everything was like what we hear from the reviews by the parents on Youtube channel of Swiss Medica. The admistration and cafe ladies were nice and warm. They made us feel home and known personally about our food preferences and so on. The doctor is considerate about our schedule in getting th paper work ready and the nurses are sweet and kind. We will know the results in a month or two. Will go back if we see the positive results.

The entire experience at Swiss Medica was excellent. There were zero safety issues, the medical team was attentive in ways that one does not experience in standard medical care in the USA. The comprehensive team from reception, restaurant staff, housekeeping, drivers, and even security were friendly, professional, and personal in ways that appeal to me. My husband received top-notch medical care at Swiss Medica. I am a business traveler for my job and I found that this medical travel experience surpassed even professionally organized business conferences. 100% Bravo to Swiss Medica. I highly recommend staying at the clinic. Very good care, great doctors. Comfortable rooms, clean, very good food. There's a children's playground. For those who are wondering, I advise you to go because it is worth it. We are very pleased. My daughter is already asleep without melatonin, she is calmer, there are words. And we look forward to further improvement.

Last year, we took our 7-year-old Autistic son to this clinic for stem cell therapy. At first, I was very worried—he has (or its better to say had now) a PDA profile, and the fear of the unknown made him say “no” to everything. I expected it to be a very challenging and unpleasant experience for all of us.

From the moment we arrived, the clinic completely exceeded our expectations. The staff were so kind, flexible, and understanding. All the team had a wonderful grasp of the needs of children with ASD. My son felt comfortable from the very first second, running around and actually enjoying the visit!

Even though needles were used for blood tests and injections, he has since been asking to go back and see his doctor, who was incredibly gentle and kind with him. What stood out even more was how everyone onsite was ASD-aware—even the gardener and the restaurant staff! The gardener was using a noisy hedge cutter, and as soon as he saw us approaching, he stopped the equipment and switched to a quieter manual cutter.

In terms of results, we’ve noticed lots of improvements: his eye contact has increased, he listens to instructions more, he’s generally a happier child, and there have been almost no meltdowns since our visit. We were so impressed that we’ve decided to go for round two!

Overall, this clinic provides exceptional care, a truly relaxed environment, and staff who genuinely understand and respect children with ASD.

Attenzione sempre. Chiedete al vostro medico, uno specialista della materia che lavori presso strutture riconosciute dal Servizio Sanitario Nazionale. Internet è pieno di promesse scorrette da parte di persone senza scrupoli che chiedono soldi a fronte di terapie inventate.

Very new and spotless facility. Hotel standard in rooms and service. Very comfortable bed and always someone there to help if needed. Great cleaning.

It is to early for me to review any health benefits. I hope I will get som good results from post covid issues.

Restaurant had very good selection and produce, but my food lacked flavouring and was somewhat tasteless according to me. However the people working the were fantastic.

Medical staff was good and I felt safe (being alone). Everything in clinic was super clean and nice. Other patients were friendly.

The billing was kind of stressful because I had to do it on site, between treatments etc and different people telling me different things. So maybe prepare everything before arriving.

It is expensive treatment so regardless of everything else, I am most concerned and interested in the treatment working.

came for treatment and stayed there for 8 days, and what really stood out to me was how they treated not only me, but also my family. My wife and our 1.5-year-old child were fully accommodated free of charge, which I honestly did not expect and really appreciated.

The organization was good overall — everything was arranged clearly, and the staff were always open, kind, and ready to help. The doctors and physiotherapists made a strong impression: professional, attentive, and genuinely involved in the process, not just doing things routinely.

The food was honestly at a restaurant level — three meals a day, well-prepared, fresh, and actually enjoyable, not something you usually expect in a clinic.

Another thing I noticed is that they are constantly improving the place. You can see that they invest in infrastructure, including building and upgrading children’s playgrounds, which makes a big difference if you come with family.

Overall, my experience was very positive. It felt like a place that cares not only about treatment, but also about people.

The local staff is professionnal and friendly. I am just waiting to see the evolution of situation of my sick son . I highly recommend the place to others.

We might have to come back just to vacation, the accommodations, food, cleanliness, physio room and friendly people were reason enough to come back but the professionalism, attention to detail and added services like a physio room with hyperbaric chamber, massage chair, and tons of other equipment, along with a physicologist and therapist made this medical experience very special. I can already see an improvement that I pray even gets better for my wife who has dementia. Swiss Medica far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!!!

I am not a patient yet and am still looking at options. Given the review about late-night phone calls, I felt compelled to share my experience. I have three ruptured discs in my lower spine and have trouble sleeping or even finding a comfortable position. So at 3 AM, I was awake, reading about stem cell therapy, and sent an online form to Swissmedica. They called about 10 minutes later, and we started having a nice chat. A few minutes into the chat, they said, "Oh my, it's the middle of the night where you are, you need to get some sleep." I wanted to talk, so I continued the conversation. Still, they are not pushy or rude at all. Very helpful and perhaps optimistic, as most salespeople tend to be, but informative and helpful too. My MRIs have been sent to them, and I am awaiting an evaluation from their medical staff. Very professional and upfront about costs. I have the money to do it, but it is expensive.

I had a very positive experience with stem cell therapy at Swiss Medica Clinic in Serbia for my 12-year-old son with autism. We started the therapy in 2024, and now we are preparing for the second round. After the first therapy, my son became calmer (he used to be quite aggressive) and more attentive in school. His teachers and specialists also noticed the improvements. Although my child is non-verbal, after the therapy he started pronouncing and repeating the first syllable of words. I am very happy with the results and we want to continue the treatment.
