Tasmanian Market 

I bought this product in Tasmania and was in love with it, so I came home and ordered more. I was charged for them but never received them or even got a follow up email (other than this email about leaving a review). I tried to reach the company but can’t get through. No idea if the website is a scam or the product got lost on its way to the U.S. it’s been 3 months so at minimum, it’s seems they would have sent a shipping notification or an explanation about why the product hasn’t shipped.

This item was never received and none of my emails asking about have been returned

Order has not been received and I have had no response to queries.

It’s a pity because this is the most amazing soap and I have purchased before without issue.

I've waited for over a month for $100+ worth of soap to arrive.
There is no way of contacting anyone about this as their online links lead to inactive sites there are no replies to emails and their telephone numbers say they are not in service.
I guess I've kissed my money goodbye.

I have organised a charge back from my bank and made a complaint to the Tasmanian Fair trading agency about Tasmanian Market as I see other feedback is similar to mine - the company is accepting money for a service they have no intention of supplying.

Still waiting for my order since 29/11/21 I have emailed them with no response what is going on they quickly took my money.

Ordered and paid for Tuff Stuff November 2021.
Not received and no response to emails. Phone is not connected. Messages through Facebook Robo Response.
Is this business legitimate?

placed an order before Christmas for tuff stuff soap and have still not received notice that they have been posted - let alone received them.

Please tell me where my product is. Order number 7708. It still has not arrived. No one has contacted me. It was ordered on 13th December

Slow delivery and no communication. Order made 2 December still not received 23 Dec and no response on email sent following up.

I never received my product.
And after attempting to contact multiple times, the only response I received was a ratings email.
If I could choose zero stars I would.

I placed my order on 9 December and have heard nothing since despite repeated contact. I have ordered from here previously with absolutely no issue so I'm incredibly disappointed that this has happened.

Took my money, didn't process my order, phone numbers disconnected, didn't respond to their websites "live chat", and a Messenger message is only responded to repeatedly with "be with you in a sec" and nothing more. This website will take your money and run. Have made complaints to ACCC and my bank for my money back 😠

I would never purchase from them again it’s still showing up waiting on payment no response from emails I think it’s disgusting customer service I’ve had to put a dispute in through PayPal

Like many others ordered my goods on 29th November and they have yet to arrive. Have sent messages and emails to no reply. Their advertised phone number is not connected. I have raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Extraordinarily difficult to navigate the website to buy and now they still haven’t arrived!!
