I’ve made several purchases over the years, I really like their designs. Most recently I got a Pulp pendant and I love it. But the chains are such poor quality for the price - it doesn’t matter if you follow their care advice to the letter or not, it will turn nasty. I don’t know why they don’t just upgrade them as standard.

Above and beyond customer service. I realized I wanted a different chain on my custom necklace and asked how I could pay for the adjustment, and they just sent me a new one for the price of shipping! Unbelievably cool, generous and prompt service.

Like most reviewers, love their designs, which are updated regularly. However, can only echo others' comments in that the quality of the findings (chains etc) has been extremely poor for such high priced items. It seems a very elementary mistake for an established company to make.

I’ve used this shop for years but sadly the gift I bought my sister was made to look much bigger in the web picture that it actually is. My bad for not checking the measurements online, but I do think this quite disingenuous and customer service didn’t seem particularly interested in taking the feedback. It was a bit overpriced for what I got and I feel conned. I don’t think I’ll shop here again.

Super fast shipping and the products are always cute and unique. Love this brand and would order again anytime.

I bought my first necklace and really loved the name design and colour that I chose. However within a few wears the chain started to tarnish badly to the point that I only got 2 wears out of it. I chose the more expensive chunky chain. Very disappointing. Then I had to send lots of pictures to prove it which given I’d had it less than 2 weeks it seemed unnecessary and tedious. Then I have had to send it back to get ‘repaired’ which I guess means that they throw the tarnished chain away and put my name on a new untarnished one. Given the speed in which it tarnished and the fact that I took extra care with it and only wore it briefly, leads me to conclude that it will tarnish again. I will update this review once I receive my ‘repaired’ necklace back.
And my replacement necklace has now tarnished 😢

Gorgeous quirky designs and very expensive. However the chain of the necklace tarnished after only a few wears. Never had this happen so badly even with jewellery a fraction of the price.

Wearer doesn't wear foundation makeup or perfume.

I am really disappointed with the chains from Tatty Devine. For the price that you pay the quality of the chains are very poor. They tarnish extreamly quickly even when you follow their strict care instructions. The quality of the designs are great but the chains are so bad. My partner has a few of their necklaces as well and she hates that the chains are such bad quality. Are you going to do something about this?

I've been a Tatty Devine fan for years and have had generally positive experiences with the brand. Their designs are creative and unique, and their customer service is often excellent—like when they went above and beyond to help remake a lost, sentimental necklace for me. However, there are areas for improvement, like the quality of some materials (e.g., lightweight chains) and the earring designs not being ideal for sensitive ears. Their policies can also feel a bit rigid at times. Overall, though, they’re a company that clearly cares about their customers and delivers stunning jewellery! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have been a loyal customer of Tatty Devine for many years and have made numerous purchases. My family often gifts me their items, and I received one such gift for my 50th birthday.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t to my taste. When I attempted to exchange the item, I was informed it was outside their 28-day policy, despite the gift being purchased well in advance of my birthday. I reached out to their customer service team for assistance, but they were completely inflexible and unwilling to make an exception. This experience has been very disappointing, given my long history with the brand.

Love their quirky designs and after dropping my necklace on the floor and promptly breaking it, they have replaced it with a new one free of charge. Their customer service us excellent.

I have already written one of these but perhaps I didn't save or send it. Charlotte was great, listening politely to my chatter.

My friend who is about to turn 100 was pleased with her present and I hope to see her wearing it soon. I thought she should have it early as soon she will be inundated with presents. She was county president of the WI and I know that virtually every WI in the county is making something for her so she will find it quite outfacing and needs 'Courage calls to courage everywhere'. She was also a JP & DL not to mention OBE.

Fantastic Service. I recently ordered gift vouchers from Tatty Devine. The system was easy to use but what I wanted wasn't available. I sent a message with my query and a lovely helpful lady responded very quickly. Nothing was a problem and they swapped things around so I could get the voucher values that I wanted. I also made some enquiries about a statement piece of jewellery, again the responses were fast, efficient and helpful. This is the first time I have purchased items from Tatty Devine and was so impressed. My friend has purchased a few items with her vouchers and the quality is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone. Well Done.
