I’ve had a really positive experience with this recruitment agency. They have been very proactive in helping me find suitable work and have always been helpful and supportive throughout the process.

One thing I particularly appreciate is their online employee system. It is extremely clear, easy to use and, most importantly, very transparent. Almost everything can be managed online yourself, and all the information you need is clearly displayed. You can easily check your details, holiday entitlement and other employment information without having to constantly contact someone to find out what is happening.

Compared with some other recruitment agencies I’ve dealt with, the difference is huge. Some agencies have no proper online employee system at all, so there is very little transparency. If you have a question, you often have to call and wait for someone to tell you the answer. Even something as simple as checking how much holiday you have left or whether a holiday request has been processed can become a frustrating experience.

That’s why I really appreciate this agency’s approach. The system gives employees much more control, clarity and confidence, while the team themselves are proactive and genuinely helpful.

Overall, a very professional and user-friendly service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for work.

Overall I'd say the company is pretty good, ive used there services twice to get a job and they've helped me out fairly quick so thank you for that. The only downsides I would say is the cominication and April during pay rises.
They dont answer calls theres always excuse or no answer at all, you ask for a call back that'll never happen. Very hard to get someone who you can talk to on the line.
Now with the pay rises and reset out holiday hours.. it happened to late got updated 11 days after it should of been so lost hours for my holidays, technically speaking was under paid for almost 2 weeks its never been back dated to rectify it and for my over time hours after they sorted the base pay was also wrong so I missed out on more money that should of been mine.. I asked if that would get back dated Daniel told me it would and it never has been..
Granted I dont think I lost too much money because of this but thats not the point at the end of the day.
