Tried a few artificial grass brushes, but they did not live up to there expectations. Saw this so far I am very impressed with it. Does everything you need plus easier to use just like a lawn mower

Our court was black in places, but your machine is working wonders. Apart from learning the trick of handling the long power lead it is easy to manoeuvre.

After purchasing this item
After purchasing this item, I was a bit worried because I had no correspondence on my purchase. It just turned up on my doorstep.
This machine is awesome like I read and other reviews. It will pull the spots off a leopard. It will also pull the lines of a zebra. It picks absolutely everything up Dog Hair cat hair twigs leafs my lawn is recently New so I can’t really say it makes it looks like new again. Certainly does a fantastic job. Downside to it doesn’t get right to the edges but with a little bit of raking sorted.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Product didn’t arrive tried every method of communication no response. They still have our money I would not touch this company It’s in my husbands name and we have sent the information through five channels order number gb-2136 ordered 2nd may. Hopefully this can help resolve

Firstly, we apologise for having to respond via Trustpilot. However, we wanted to ensure you received this important information, as our investigation suggests there may have been issues with email delivery and communication.
After further investigation, we have now located your email. Unfortunately, it had been filtered into our gmail spam folder and therefore did not appear in our normal customer service queue.
Having reviewed the shipment history, we can see that DPD attempted to make contact regarding the delivery on multiple occasions (6th, 7th and 8th May). The consignment was subsequently marked as Return to Sender on 9th May.
While investigating the matter, we also noticed that emails from your @talktalk.net address appear to be receiving an unusually high spam reputation score. We cannot say with certainty whether this affected all communications relating to this order, but it may help explain why our team did not initially receive your message and could potentially affect communications with other businesses as well.
As the email address appears to be used for business purposes, we would strongly recommend checking the email reputation and deliverability settings with your email provider to help ensure important messages are not being filtered or rejected by third-party systems. If this issue is occurring elsewhere, it could potentially result in missed customer enquiries and lost business opportunities.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and are currently resolving the matter through the return and refund process.

Delivery & Shipping Address Issue
Had an issue with the delivery & billing address which we did not realize until we received email confirmation that our shipment was dispatched. It was sorted easily and quickly and our order arrived at the correct address at the time and date promised.

Company fails to contact potential customer
I have been calling numerous times and sending emails to ask questions about the products prior to purchasing. It's been over 3 weeks now with NO communication either by phone or by email. How can I purchase their product if I can't reach them and they don't get back in touch with the customer. What good is a warranty if you can't contact them?

I like the product
I like the product. However, the cable gets in the way when using. It has wrapped around the brush roller a couple of timed. It also doesn't clear my artificial grass leaves etc next to a gravel board. It leaves about 6 inches of uncleared area.
