I’m building a project on my own and I benefitted greatly from having additional folks to speak to and brainstorm the design with. Anytime I wanted to pivot or change scope, we were able to navigate changes in cost effective ways. The typical cadence was team builds during the week, I provide extensive feedback and comments over the weekend, we run a 15 minute standup, rinse and repeat over the course of the scope. I can be very particular yet the team was patient, eager to meet my requests, but not afraid to offer constructive criticism as well if they had a more elegant or experienced approach to something. During the final week of development, I appreciated the team’s hustle to grind through all of the comments I sent them and ensure the final product was delivered with high quality.
