I had one of my alloys refurbished at wheel A&E and it’s safe to say I will be returning if I have any other issues. The service was friendly and quick, with mush reassurance that the colour would be matched to the best of their ability. You can’t even tell there was any damage before and the colour… a like for like match.

Would recommended anyone who’s looking for a alloy refurbishment to wheel a&e 10/10 job. I took a short walk to Starbucks, and an hour later, it was done.

I had 3 small chips next to tyre about 3 inches long the first time they sprayed there was a line in paint so they did them again sprayed over half the wheel it was a lighter colour and a rough finish not smooth I have had to polish them to get smooth still not happy but can’t be bothered to keep going back ,would NOT use these people

I unfortunately scraped one of my alloys while parking my brand new car. I was able to book an appointment with Wheel A&E online with a wide range of available dates and times. The service was friendly and the repair on my wheel is fantastic.

Sometimes being a woman in the world of car repairs can be a little daunting and it’s easy to feel spoken down to, but that wasn’t the case here, so thank you! I hope I don’t need to use their services again any time soon, but I would do so without hesitation if needed.

Just make sure to read the confirmation email after booking as it contains clear instructions on how to find them, they’re a little hidden away otherwise.

A year ago I gave this company 5 stars. They were brilliant.
Today I was totally messed around and run around by their repairer.
I had a booking made on their website for 4pm, but after a call from the technician at 9am I was forced to change my days plans to deliver the car to them hours before the scheduled booking. Then when the repair was completed I was then subsequently hounded to collect the car before 4pm as he was not paid overtime.
I was made to feel like a naughty child....an absolutely unbelievable behavior for a company selling a service.
I paid over the odds for the repair against market rate for customer service that no longer exists here.
They have lost a customer today. You should hang your heads Wheela+e

9 months ago through BMW care plan I was sent to have my rear alloy repaired. To quote the inspector (sent by Wheel A&E insurance company AXA) who eventually came to look at the wheel "this is the worse repair job I have ever seen".

The alloy had been skimmed back so far that all the profiling had been removed, the inset BMW badge destroyed, the two tone colour was no longer and the alloy was one colour that did not match the other 3 alloys.

One can accept an error but when the car is just returned and the mistake is not pointed out to you one must question the integrity off the company.

Further it has taken 9 months to finally get (today) the full compensation from the insurance company, this has not been easy and has been extremely time consuming, being miss informed from the management at Wheel A&E, in the end I was dealing directly with AXA their insurance company and informing Wheel A&E, even this was met with denial.

Personally would not recommend this company who not only messed up a beautiful profiled alloy but also became increasingly difficult to deal with in settling the matter.

Amazing work, exceeded any expectations, went above and beyond to offer amzing service and delivered outstanding work

Initially I spoke with several wheel repair companies some said they could not do the job ( I appreciate the honesty) and some others once they heard Maserati wanted to charge obscene amounts........almost cheaper to buy replacement wheels.

When I spoke with Wheel A&E I was immediately impressed with the level of interest and knowledge that they showed during the initial call. They were honest and said that they were not confident that they could get the right colour so before booking the car in they would do some digging around, I agreed I would do the same..this was Friday late morning. I called back just after 12:30 in the afternoon to confirm the Maserati name for the colour...I spoke with James and he had also found out the same. I wanted the wheels done ASAP - earliest was late next week. I then got a call back from James saying that they had a cancellation and could squeeze me in Saturday AM. This meant James would have to collect the paint, drop it off in the Basingstoke branch Saturday AM, which he did.

JOB DONE Saturday, got a call back, collected the car and delighted not just with the job done but with the level of service and care shown by everyone at Wheel A&E. I will have no hesitation recommending them to anyone regardless of the car they drive for wheel refurbishments. A++++ well done chaps.

Really good service, and great quality wheels, highly recommend.
