Insufficient information provided

I understand I am taking a high interest rate loan. The process was very non-transparent without showing any type of amortization schedule. Also I added a debit card for immediate receipt of funds but this was not saved and I ended up being informed it would take 2 to 5 business days to receive my loan.

The young lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful in getting me through the process to completion. I was very confused doing all the online stuff by myself and she walked me through everything. She was very very professional and polite.
