Not student or Visa friendly, when I'm about to pay, I'm paying €161 and about 1.5% in service charge and fees, and to get a accommodation certificate for the embassy i still need to pay them a Seperate fee of over €50, Cancelation period is 2 months 2 months to arrival, given no room for flexible cancelation.

Porque la atencion fue muy oportuna siempre. El hospedaje muy bueno tambien y respondieron con la fieanza. Asi que gracias por estar siempre atentos a mi compañero y a mi durante nuestra estadia.

En mi caso recibí atención inmediata todo el tiempo de mi estancia, desde el inicio al final, muy puntuales en el reembolso de la fianza.

The experience was great already at the beginning because the website was clear and helpful. Also the proper price and quality met each other. Also, the conpany felt trustworthy and the paperwork didn’t take long. Finally, after booking and during the stay, Aluni responsibles were easily reachable friendly and helpful.

Nunca tuve que contactar la oficina porque por suerte no hubo problemas, pero el sistema de pago es muy eficaz.

Aluni.net really showed themselves as a great support during my Erasmus stay in Madrid. Accomodation was the same as advertised, and the company served as a safe third party for everything to go well between the resident and the landlord.

Great experience because it was able to connect me with a fairly priced apartment in a very good area. Fees were pretty low and I had a good experience.

Fiabilidad, posibilidad de reservar sin visitar el piso, las fotos correspondian a la casa, rapidez en las respuestas.

La atención siempre atenta de la persona encargada, cada que surgía alguna incidencia en el piso se resolvía lo más rápido posible.
