UPDATE - OCT 10, 2024 ***** My KDP account termination was reversed! After that horrible experience with Amazon Sellers Attorney - I did my homework! I spent about an hour and a half researching the most recent legal org chart of Amazon - and yes, you have to dig around to find it, but I did. From that, I gleaned names of Amazon and Amazon.com, Inc. top level lawyers. Then, I went to a website, which is Washington State Bar Association and verified these lawyers were indeed employed by Zon, and the site provided their email addresses! So, I composed an email, and attached copies of examples which supported my case and sent. It took about 10 days, and then for some reason I went into my KDP dashboard and all of my books showed up. I rec'd an email two days later from the head of the KDP business segment which confirmed they were looking into my appeal. So far, so good. SO DON'T BE FOOLED BY AMAZON SELLERS ATTORNEY. They do NOTHING to get appeals reversed, at least on the KDP platform.. sending a template email to Jeff Bezos and Andy Jassy? That's a "cheap fake."

They didn't really have an attorney handling the appeal on the KDP termination I rec'd after 12 years of self-publishing for reasons still not apparent. I asked when I first paid for their service to find out exactly what the reason was for my sudden termination. I was told it would take months to get an answer so I was to follow their appeal process. That was mid-June. The lay person assigned me simply composed one appeal document that I continued to send through my email address under my name multiple times until it got bumped up to the next level. There are 3 levels. But when addressing these emails to the top two Amazon Officers, I had sincere doubts it was going to be reversed. I waited through it and my instincts were correct. No reinstatement. I was told success rate for KDP appeals was 80%. Not believing that for a second.

My account has been deactivated due section 3. After 7 month struggle Nadia and the AMZ Team can reinstate my account. Many thanks to them for the help and the patience. If you have problem with Amazon I recommend to reach out to them and not try to solve it alone.

I got my KDP account back! After about 14 months of my account being shut down Amazon Sellers Attorney got it back in about a month and a half. I wish I would have contacted them sooner. They did a great job on my case and I would highly recommend them. Thank you Amazon Sellers Attorneys I got my publishing career back.

Great support from start to finish. I mean I didn’t even talk to anyone. I had an initial chat on their messaging service for an initial assessment then I got the email to confirm service and retainer, signed it, paid. Provided all the details on the case incl all docs and a day later they provided a template to respond back to Amazon specific to my case. A week later my account was reinstated in KDP.

AMZ was able to assist us in getting our KDP business back after the Amazon AI had targeted and terminated our account thinking there were duplicate accounts. We are a micro-publisher in the UK which relies on Amazon to sell our print and Kindle edition books. We specialise mainly in re-publishing the works of the late Norah Lofts and we have been doing that since 2011. So when Amazon KDP decided that we were violating their Content Guidelines and terminated our account (and we still don't know what set them off) we turned to Amazon Sellers Attorney. We used them on the basis that, while we are in the UK and they are in California, they would have a better 'feel' for the situation than the equivalent British lawyers. Thankfully we were right; Anastasiia (correct spelling) and her team were patient, competent, timely and good for calming some English jitters. That Amazon relented at the first try and re-instated our account was something as a bonus. I have no hesitation in recommend ASA to anyone in a similar situation.
