Excellent service and large selection of bikes. The staff took the time to listen to what I was looking for and even took the time to show me how the two child seats would attach to the bike.

As ever the advice from the staff and the service support that made my first 35 mile round trip to London a great experience.

recently had an issue with the crank arm on my new Specialized Turbo Creo 2. The team at Balfe’s Bikes dealt with it professionally and replaced both crank arms under warranty at no cost. Communication was clear throughout, the repair was completed quickly, and the bike is now working perfectly. It’s reassuring to know they stand behind the products they sell and take care of their customers when something goes wrong. Thank you for the excellent service. Highly recommended.

Hi, I had a bike accident which required the brake lever to be replaced. I walked in to get a quote. I got tild I can drop off bike whenever to get it fixed. Came back a month later got told they don’t have time that day. I than called to rearrange, got told that I have to use the booking system. I used the booking system, booked a day 2 weeks in advance. Described what needed to be done. Stated brand, type etc. of my bike which they also sell. Turned up to drop it off for repair and they told me it would take 4 to five days as they have to order parts first. Why was that not the case first time I came. Why did they not call to check? They had the info 2 weeks. This is extremely time consuming. Will now get it done somewhere else or do it myself.

I had a great experience. The item I was looking for wasn't widely available, but it was in stock here at a competitive price. Delivery to the store for collection was quick, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I'd be happy to shop here again.
