Lara was wonderful!
Today we were helped by Lara in Chancery Lane and she was fantastic - what a brilliant service from this lovely helpful and knowledgeable young women. She made our experience so pleasant that we bought three pairs of shoes! Do ask for Lara she was just great!

Best blacks store in London!
Everyone in the store was amazing their service was spectacular and I definately would say they are the best blacks store in London! They are very helpful unlike other stores.

Tas & Hira served me on waterproof…
Tas & Hira served me on waterproof jackets. They knew all about the jacket and how much down it has. They are very knowledgable girls and I left satisfied with the jacket I bought. I even got further discount with my national trust card. Thank you blacks Holborn.

Neha was a young proffesional. Served me on BERGHAUS shoes and was very knowledgable. Ended up leaving with a good deal and also half price clean care kit. Very happy.

My recent visit to the Holborn store…
My recent visit to the Holborn store was of somewhat a pleasant experience from start to finish. I was greeted by a colleague of blacks whom I have to say had impeccable manners the young lady was called Karen. Upon my entrance Karen greeted me with a very warm welcome and made me feel comfortable. Her offer of help was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this store and shall be returning soon.

Fantastic customer service
Came in to the store yesterday morning urgently needing some boots for work. The staff in the shop (wish I knew their names, sorry) were so friendly and helpful. Fantastic customer service and I am really pleased with the boots
