I always go to Carters for kitchen appliances and over the years have always received quality products and good customer service.
Changing to an induction cooker was a big decision for me and a large financial investment. Carters answered every question I had :)
Delivery and installation was quick and professional.
The cooker I chose, with Carters recommendation, is high quality and a pleasure to use.

I was delighted with my purchase of a Bosch washing machine. Cost was reasonable and the installation was great. The installers came when planned and were very professional.

The staff in Brighton were very helpful when we were looking for a new range cooker & hood. They price matched the items we wanted. It was delivered on time & all was well. Unfortunately the cooker had a real issue and we had to stop using it because it was dangerous & my husband received 3 electric shocks from it. We had reported it to the manufacturer who were not interested in the issue at all. We lost faith in that make & model so we chose another. Unfortunately we had to wait over 6 weeks for the new cooker to arrive. Carters agreed to loan us a single cooker until our cooker was ready. They listened to us and because of the issue and inconveniences it caused, they reduced the new cooker price as a goodwill gesture. The new cooker was delivered & installed & the loan cooker taken away

I have used Carter’s before, so had no hesitation in contacting them when my dishwasher died. I spoke to them on the phone, explained what I needed. They suggested two or three options that might suit me and we discussed pros and cons of each. I ordered one, arranged a delivery date and removal of old one. A painless transaction and installation. Thank you to all Carter’s staff for a great end to end experience.

Prompt service and free delivery in the local Brighton area. Without all the confusing extra add on charges that Ao.Com and other large domestic appliance companies charge.

Much simpler to use, more direct and reasonable prices! I will definitely use Carters again for domestic appliances in the future!

Outstanding service again from my local supplier. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I remember ordering my range cooker from them whilst my build was happening, and they happily held onto it for me until the builders were ready for it. Who else would do that.

staff were incredibly helpful and didn't try to push the most expensive washing machine but helped me to select the one that did everything I wanted but at a reasonable pric

Excellent sales advice from Paul when choosing a new fridge, with no pressure to make an instant decision. The model we wanted was not in stock but he checked when it would be available before we left the shop. The fridge arrived at exactly the time scheduled and was very quickly installed and the old fridge removed. All round excellence

They are always efficient, on time with their deliveries and helpful over the telephone.
