Alex was very helpful and knowledgable when conducting the inspection and answered all our questions with ease.

Booked a holiday let and have done for last 7 years. Since Charters have become the agent I'm not impressed. Suzanne in the office is excellent but I've been trying to get an agreed £250 refund since June. 6 weeks in and still waiting for Finance to resolve. very poor from the finance team. They eventually sent a refund but was the incorrect amount. Still waiting for £100 they owe me. Not impressed. Never had issues with previous agents. Charters? I can't recommend on my experiences.

Me and my partner have been liaising with our landlord through charters, due to some external damage on the property. This has not always been easy, but Jay Birchall was assigned to us and im very thankful for all of his hard work. He contacted the landlord, gave us consistant updates, reassured us and offered support when needed. Jay really went above and beyond for us and we couldnt recommend him more.

Mollie has been extremely helpful to me, she updates me on jobs that needs getting done and responds to my emails on time.

Lucy was amazing, very friendly and informative and has been great at guiding us through the process !

I had a viewing at 3:15 and travelled from London to Brighton/Hove only to be texted at 3:08 that the viewing was cancelled due to access. Access should have been confirmed before the appointment was made and certainly should have been assured more than 7 minutes ahead of the appointment.

Buying my first home was a completely new experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than the Staff Kanika Masoun at Charters.

I have just completed a house purchase with Charters. Stephen has acted as our dedicated contact and has been absolutely fantastic. From day one her introduced himself and provided regular updates and communications between the seller, solicitors, and I without prompt. This is my first house purchase and he really went the extra mile to walk me through an unfamiliar process. From putting an offer in to completion the whole process took just 4 months (and would have been sooner had it not been for delays caused by me!). Regarding the handling of our tenancy application and the continued failure to return our £288.00 holding deposit.
Charters have consistently failed to return calls, emails or the holding deposit.
I was assured a week ago that the deposit had been sent to the accounts department; this has still not been issued.

I am also concerned by the apparent lack of transparency surrounding the referencing process. From the outset, we made it clear that we would not consent to open banking checks being undertaken. Despite this, the referencing process continued to be delayed, and no satisfactory explanation has been provided as to why the application was not progressed in a timely manner.

Sam my agent gets things DONE. He's very kind and suuuper efficient in any requests or queries we have as tenants.

Mazie was wonderful to work with. She was friendly, professional, and made the entire home viewing experience comfortable and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the property, answered all of my questions patiently, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
