Very helpful service persons and good to see actual products

We were allowed to look around without being harassed by staff. When we approached the staff, they were helpful and courteous.
We both enjoyed our experience, ordered furniture and bought a reduced item which was kindly brought out to our car, so we did not have to carry it. I intend to return to buy some of the lovely cushions when we have moved into our new home.

We took delivery of an Elkstone bookcase on the 22nd January. We have only just today put the books in it. The bottom shelf is bowing under the weight and the drawer underneath will not open or close. The drawers are quite flimsy.
We noticed on your website that your bookcases only have a few books in them. But we bought this to store books! Very disappointing I will be phoning your customer services.

Just had my lovely media unit delivered. Very impressed how quickly it came . Two friendly and efficient drivers that came to my home and set it up for me . Thank you very much Ian and Garvin .

The lady looking after me was good with product knowledge and awareness of her stocks and display items. I was also an unwell in the showroom, and her outstanding sympathy and care was special. Thank you.

Very attentive and friendly staff who were very knowledgeable about the products. Nothing was too much trouble as we tried various sofas. Staff kindly brought cushions and throws to compliment the sofas and also gave us styling ideas. A lovely light and airy showroom which is well laid out. I think a cafe would be a great idea as there was nowhere to go to relax with a coffee to think over your decisions and then go back for a second look. Sadly it means another 80 mile round trip just to go back for a second viewing!

First visit to the Cotswolds Showroom and won’t be the last, if you want anything that is a bit special this is the place. I purchased some lovely cushions for my new chairs, thrilled!!
The staff were very friendly and helpful, what a treat in this day and age as customer service they score 10/10

Gary & Shane were very polite and chatty whilst being respectful when delivering our new chest of drawers, they were also efficient and didn't waste time.
The delivery e-mails were also very helpful and narrowed the time scale so I wasn't having to wait in all day.

Great service from start to finish. Every department as high standards. The delivery & assemble team were excellent! The build quality of all the products are the best. I can highly recommend The Cotswold Company.

The products are beautiful but the service wasn’t good. Staff busy chatting to one another & not friendly. When we approached the till with a lot of products a male staff member said ‘oh we’re busy here, come to the other till’ and proceeded to march off across the shop leaving us to cart all our purchases back again with no offer of help.
Throughout our visit we felt more of ‘an inconvenience’ as the staff were busy chatting. An earlier enquiry about a price was dealt with in an unhelpful manner.

Nicely laid out store with friendly staff. Lovely furniture and goods. We have a couple of pieces of furniture already and having recently moved them to decorate various rooms, you can see just how well made they are and well thought out. Will be back for more.

Extremely lovely merchandise, plenty of time to browse and wonderful welcoming staff. A good experience all round, especially if purchases are made.

Had a bed frame delivered today. Was kept informed when it was being delivered. Marlon & Leon arrived when expected and introduced themselves. They were friendly and professional. Put bed frame together in no time at all. Tidied up while doing so and made sure all packaging was removed when finished. I was very impressed. Really nice guys and also put my mattress on the frame for me. Very kind of them.
Thanks also to Stefanie at the office for helping me make sure the frame would fit up my very steep and narrow stairs and took my order. So helpful and kind. Thanks to everyone.
