Told 1 date for delivery August 1st then told another date finally got my delivery 18th August

I made a click and collect order and hadn’t received an email confirmation. I called and got speaking to Gareth who was super helpful and got my order ready for collection in less than 10 minutes!

The website is easy to navigate, the arrangement for delivery & installation was seamless & the communication as to date & time was quick & worked as planned.

Very precise and quick service. The staff were extremely helpful and professional throughout. Highly recommended!

I rarely go to actual shop to purchase anything, with everything being online 🫣, but we were in a need of new microwave, and I was near by this time. I was in and out of shop within 15min, staff was very helpful and friendly, I asked for simplicity and I got exactly what I needed 🙂 Thanks 👍

DID have never let me down however today they have excelled in excellent customer service and delivery. Bought an oven in DID Clonmel on Saturday and for the first time I also availed of the installation service which was scheduled for today. I got a text message then a phone call to let me know when my goods would arrive. Alec and Johnny are an absolute credit to DID and to their profession. They were so helpful and cleaned every spec of dirt when the install was done. We had great banter and did an excellent job ensuring that the installation and fitting was nothing less than 100%. I can only highly recommend this service as being one of the best I've experienced.

Order a washing machine online and couldn't wait for earliest delivery date so was able to pick it up. Got email the following day about refund for delivery charge. Very easy to deal with

DID WEXFORD was our choice of store.
Aoengus was the member of staff that dealt with us in the most professional and cheerful manner.
He spend a lot of time explaining the pros and cons on each of the six items we purchased from the huge selection of products in the store.
He reassured us that delivery would be when we want and we left the store happy that we made the right choice going with DID.

Mandy in Tullamore Store was fantastic. Took time to listen and review everything that was required. With a large list of items required,Mandy worked methodically through the list until we sourced everything. Great job! Good selection.

I have been assisted by Linda, I needed a new vacuum cleaner and asked about a new dishwasher. she was super helpful and made everything easier.

Had a great experience from start to finish. Called in just for a quote and purchased multiple appliances, because of the competitive pricing. They were delivered & installed within the week. Friendly, professional service every step of the way. Patrick both in the shop and the installer were great plus their female colleague in store I just can’t think of her name sorry. Recommended.

The in shop service was prompt and Joseph was friendly and helpful. Just to note that the number online on the DID website for checking stock in Limerick is incorrect and this was frustrating.

Ordered a product online for collection in store. It was there within 24 hours. A good service and competitive price.
