Srushti in Swords was super helpful in organizing the delivery of my integrated dishwasher.

It was installed by Stuart, who had indepth product knowledge, explained the issue of my old dishwasher & even helped fix the skirting under the new dishwasher.

Delivery & installation was flawless, bang on time, they even cleaned up the sawdust, and took the old dishwasher away.

As usual the store is spotless. I found exactly what I was looking for. My server Caitlin was able to assure me that I was buying the exact right product. This was the branch in belgard. I always buy from this branch.

Mandy was helpful, knowledge and patient when it came to helping me make a decision.

the most horrible company, they are not serious, they deceive people, exaggerated prices, they deliver the wrong products without notifying the buyer! I do not recommend

Today while visiting DID ELECTRIC I went to buy a coffee machine so a gentleman man called Rushil and he gave me great advice on a coffee machine so I ordered one from Paula

Caitlin was very help and advised me on my appliance. As all the staff in both tallaght and crumlin were i am a regular customer Gregor is such a nice guy and always very helpful.

The salesperson (I think Caitlin was her name) was really pleasant and helpful, very knowlegable and well acquainted with the features of the product

I recently bought some items from Joseph at DID Limerick. He was friendly and very helpful. I am very happy with the products. Delivery by Chris was also friendly and efficient.

Went in to look for airfryer and food blender, we were looked after by Mandy who was really great. She was very knowledgeable about the products, the prices and their functions. She offered her advice and made the decision process easy and straightforward.

If I could give a no star rating I would.
I placed an order for a dishwasher online on 13th July 2026 the latest I'm told is that it will be delivered on 14th August. That is just one of several delivery promises. Because it was an online order my local store in Wexford are unable to help until they receive it in their warehouse. On 3 occasions they told me that they would get online support to ring me straight back needless to say nobody ever rang. I note today that my account shows the my order has been "fullfilled". No dishwasher has arrived at my house. I've been a loyal customer for best part of 40 years, never again

I found what I was looking for at a great price. Good website with easy ordering, prompt delivery and very pleased with item and service provided.

DID click and collect t is a bit misleading - the product wasn’t in the shop and ordered on Thursday- arrived on Sunday - it’s just a bit misleading the terminology .Thank you

It was supposed to be click and collect the same day offer if you order before 12 pm, which I did, only to get the msg to collect the order a day after ^ false advertising at its best 👌
