Janette was amazing when we walked into Dreams Gateshead (Team Valley) for the first time with our little boy to find a bed frame and mattress. She took her time to help us choose a bed frame and a mattress that is very comfortable for both of us. Janette was super kind to our 4 year old and answered all his questions helping him settle and feel comfortable in the shop. We will definitely visit Dreams Gateshead again.

Katrina was very helpful in the full experience and made us feel comfortable and informed about the best products suited to me and my budget.

Solly had brilliant customer service. He provided us with a range of options and confidently advised us on the best products for us.

Jalal was great, very professional, made sure the discount was applied. Very friendly throughout, helped us understand what we need.

Tracey was a brilliant help, we loved the sleep match technology, it really helped us narrow the choice and choosing a mattress was a much easier decision!

Grant in the Perth store was fantastic at helping us find the perfect mattress for our unique needs. It is a shame the sleep match machine was not working but his knowledge and experience meant we could still purchase today.

Update on the review I sent on the 29th June 2026 about the service I received from Dreams , I now wish to retract my statement and thoughts about the service as I have now received the BEST I have ever had from any company . Firstly I cannot praise the customer service from the Escalation team leader Peter Lally who read my first review about the service and mattress I had been given, Peter got in touch with me and without hesitation told me to choose another mattress of my choice up to or below what I paid and he would personally make the order and get it delivered and make a refund on the difference if cheaper. The new mattress has been delivered within 10 days and just awaiting the refund which will take between 7 to 10 days. The mattress is a Fowey medium to firm and is perfect, best rest and sleep we’ve had in a long time. I can only thank Peter and the Dream Team who made this possible.
