Lovely time, sales person was lovely, named love as well, took his time to show me super king bed and mattress and double, really happy.

Fantastic service provided by Kelly in the Liverpool Edge Lane store. We’d been let down by another mattress delivery service and managed to get a mattress same day within store. Kelly couldn’t do enough for us - thank you so much!

I originally wrote a negative review but the company went out of their way to make sure I received a resolution and a great service.

I spoke to the legal team who personally called me to discuss my issue and along with him and the customer service rep we got my replacement bed within a day!

The delivery/assembly team were great too, they built my bed, added my mattress from downstairs and took the rubbish and old bed with them!

This has been a great experience and I want to say thank you to Dreams for making this happen!

We visited the Walton Branch and were looked after fabulously by David. After lots of advice and tryying out several beds we ended up with a perfect new bed and 2 pillows. Thank you David

I recently ordered a king-size mattress, but unfortunately when it was delivered, it turned out to be a double.
I contacted the Merthyr store where I made the purchase, and Kelly, the sales advisor who had originally helped me, answered the phone. I explained what had happened, and she immediately took ownership of the issue. Within 30 minutes, Kelly called me back to let me know that a replacement king-size mattress would be delivered within two hours.
To my surprise, there was a knock at the door just an hour later! The replacement arrived, and this time it was the correct size.
A huge thank you to Kelly for her excellent customer service and to Dave and Matthew, the fantastic delivery drivers, for resolving everything so quickly and professionally.
Mistakes can happen, but it's how they're put right that really matters. I highly recommend this store and truly appreciate the outstanding service I received. Thank you again, Kelly, Dave and Matthew!

Atiqa at the Guildford store was so helpful. Very knowledgeable and patient while we decided what suited us best. Was happy for us to try as many beds as we needed to before buying.

Very friendly staff and place

Very helpful and advice to you in term of choice and very recommended.

My mattress didn’t suit me so phoned the shop to swap it out. They give me a number to call, waiting for 60 mins, to be told I need to talk to someone else. Finally got through to the right person and was told to pay £500 more because the mattress wasn’t on offer anymore, and £95 delivery charge for the same mattress but softer 3 weeks later still waiting for a phone call I was promised within 7 days. Would not recommend these to no one . Full of promise in the shop 😞

Exceptional service from Lauren today, we were given her 100% attention throughout. No pressure sales and listened to exactly what we were looking for. A great experience.

We were looking for a new mattress and adjustable bed, particularly one suited to a painful back issue. Our experience from the staff at Dreams Hull was exemplary. They helped identify from a large selection in the store a bed and mattress combination that would work. We were perhaps 2 hours in the store finding the best solution and nothing was too much trouble. Particular credit to Emma and David for their help.
